I was super happy to have my first guest experience in Lincoln city with this property. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing and when I walked into my room, they not only passed the black light test, but exceeded it. I’m not kidding. This room was so clean. I literally could have eaten off the floor. And it wasn’t even the nicest room they had.

I'm disappointed with the room for the simple reason that I ordered and expected to have a king sweet type accommodation which included according to the listing a Courtyard or grass area behind the unit which beachfront access it turns out the building is a 4 plex which of course only allows the 2 bottom floors to have the yard or the Courtyard option. It never told me to select 123 or 4 between 4 different units when I made the reservation so the entire time I'm thinking I have a yard and I have a Courtyard to do what I had planned. This was a get away from my birthday weekend and it completely changed the circumstances and the criteria of the weekend without having a yard to be able to do anything with friends or family. I specifically made the reservation because it had a yard....

Great ocean front location. Rooms need updating. Parking situation is very poor.

Love the views from room

Dirty room. Carpets smelled awful. Room was musty. Pool was visibly dirty and had debris floating. Dishes in room were crusty. Blinds were broken. Upside was free coffee in lobby. Would not ever book again.

Good location, very friendly staff, room could have used a good deep cleaning. The room was listed as not having a view, but actually had a pretty good view. Room has a ki tchenette, but no sink

The bed was dusty...had ocean sand in it

Kitchen stove not good could have some cleaning supplies takes forever to get hot water. VIEW IS WORTH IT

Very nice place with a beautiful view! Bed is kinda soft for me but others will like it! Nice room and big bathroom! We will come back!

The seahorse is a budget hotel on the beach. The pool and hot tub were nice . We had an Ocean view room . As soon as we arrived I noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned. I reported this info to the front desk and the staff member I spoke with came and cleaned the bathroom immediately. There was no apology or reason why though. Found some other trash around the room from the last guest as well. The ice machine was broken also. Someone in a nearby room was partying all night with loud music till 6:00am. If you’re on a tight budget and want a cheaper room go for it! If you’re looking for a cleaner, nicer room , don’t stay at the seahorse .

Hotel room was old and the flooring was peeling, bed was olders spring mattress, The bathroom sink was clogged and grimy. The toilet leaked around the base. This hotel is in serious need of renovation. The view from the room is beautiful. But unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location.decent amenities. Only complaints were the hotel is a bit run down/and could use a good cleaning Our fan in the room was filthy with dust like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long while and carpet made the room smell humid/like wet dog . Other then that everything else was great

I liked the proximity to the beach and the view from the room. Around the sink was filthy. Dusty furniture. Uneven floors. It actually feels like you could go right thru the floor from the bed area to the bathroom area. The elevator was absolutely filthy. Not a good place at all.

Beach access was easy and staff was really friendly, we will be back🙂

The overall stay was, well we are here make the best of it.. the room was not cleaned well at all, garbage on back patio, toilet was dirty, dishes we used needed washed before and we cleaned up after. The fireplace didn't work as was needed. Stains on carpet and burn holes around couch area. Bed was very firm. No robes to go to pool.

Windows didn’t close, no coffee, no hand towel or washcloth, ice machine was broken, and there wasn’t an alternative for ice other than for us to go buy it, door only locked if it was pulled and held.

The view from our room is fantastic

The view was incredible. I had the room with the hot tub. The tub was noisy. I asked the staff to turn it off. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room wasn’t as clean as could be for my liking. It was dusty and the carpet needs to go. H refrigerator needed wiping down inside. The bathroom needed more cleaning. The bed was very comfortable. Overall it was a good value for the money.
