Very nice place. Room was clean, staff who checked us in and out were kind. It's location is great, close to the heart of anm arbor too. Would definitely recommend.

빠른 체크인이 가능했고 방이 전체적으로 깔끔했습니다.
다만 방음이 잘 되지 않아 복도 또는 옆방에서 말하는 소리가 들렸습니다.

It was fantastic! The room layout was great. I left there and went to a Marriott in Knoxville that has a terrible room lay out, no desk room no dresser drawer space, and a chair that faces the bed. And I can't enjoy any time out of the room because even though the lobby is nice, they Blair the music so loud I can't stay out there. I wish I was back at the Sheraton in Ann Arbor. Thank you for a great stay.

I requested the room change because the laundry machine in front of my room was so noisy (plus waiting people's talk).
The hotel staff changed my room and it was quite and good

Checkout때 옷장에 옷을두고 나와서 전화후 바로 픽업하러갔으나 옷은 오물에 오염되고 벨트를 분실하여 항의하고 기다는중??

和旁边的Hyatt Place相比 酒店硬件设施差了不是一个档次. 除了卫生间看得出有翻新痕迹以外，别的设施 比如沙发，地毯，床等等都是很旧的，完全不是宣传照上面翻新的样子。另外，用了酒店的洗衣房，明明已经用现金支付过token了，在checkout的时候发现还是被额外又扣了一次钱，奈何已经离开酒店，为了区区6刀也没必要返回找他们索赔。 真心无语

Clean hotel, but don’t plan on sleeping. All off the room doors slam the entire night. They do not have any of the cylinders that slow the door as it closes. Also, we were there for the game and I had kids running up and down the hall until after midnight. I had no idea they put me in a hearing/visual assisted room. There is a buzzer on the outside of our room that kids were ringing and running, it’s loud as a fire alarm and flashes in the room. I called the front desk and they said they’d send someone from maintenance, no one ever came. Other guests called security and they finally addressed the issue. Rough night especially for $350.

This was my second time staying here while traveling to pick up/drop off my UMich student. The check-in/check-out process is quick. The staff is efficient and friendly. The ambience and decor seem classier than in some of the surrounding hotels. The rooms seem newly renovated, with high-quality mattresses, nice furniture, and the best showers with low, walk-in curbs, plenty of room, and elegant tiling. We'll stay here every time.
