No restaurant, No mini bar, noisy heating, no extra shops and services

easy to access famous places in downtown

The hotel itself was nice but they nickel and dime you for everything. No breakfast, and you even have to pay for internet. Ludicrous. However, it was very clean, staff were friendly and the pool was very nice.

People in room next door came home at 1:30 am on a Thursday night and woke up my kids. They were talking so loudly. Our room had an adjourning room - the sound carried right through. We were not happy!

I booked this stay through Expedia and was charged over $1200 for the night. When I checked into the hotel, the gentleman looked at my reservation and said wow you paid a lot of money for this room and, we don’t have that room available. He said I’m talking to the manager. I will be right back. Upon returning, he said we will be charging you half of what Expedia charged you. He also said make sure Expedia gets a hold of us for the authorization for the discount. I got a hold of Expedia and they continually tried contacting the property manager without success and therefore said there was nothing they could do. So I basically paid over $1200 for a suite that I reserved and got just a regular room. This is just not right.

Hotel is being renovated so there are no restaurants available. However, it is connected to the Prudential Center so they are restaurants there. It's a great area but parking is expensive

Ubicación excelente para recorrer el maratón de Boston! Acceso directo a Prudential Center (comida compras transporte -subway-) puedes recorrer todo bajo techo y conecta con el mall enfrente. Acceso directo a Dicks. Habitación amplia limpia agua disponible café y té con reffil diario. Salida directa a Bolyston st si quieres ver el final del maratón y el 5 k días previos! A una calle newbury st con más tiendas y Boston Common a 10 min caminando! Check in y check out sin problemas No lleva excelente porque el wifi funcionó la mitad de los días de estancia, aunque en front desk intentaron no lograron que se reestableciera incluso con código! Por lo demás excelente!! Definitivamente volvería a elegir este hotel!

Hotel was under construction, so there was no lobby and had to go in through a small side entrance. No restaurant or bar on the property, however it connects to prudential center so lots of options there. Love the pool with the cabanas and our view of the city and Charles River from the 26th floor was stunning.

Great location! Rooms very comfortable and clean

The only issue we had was that our room had a thin door adjoining the next room and we could hear every word our neighbor said late into the night. She was on speaker phone for hours off and on. When I finally called down to guest services I was told security would be called, but i finally knocked on the connecting door a few times and she got quiet. Those doors should be more sound proof. Otherwise, staff and facilities were wonderful. Sad we missed the opening of the restaurant by just a few days.

Excellent fitness facilities (separate cardio room, weight room, indoor/outdoor large pool that is good for lap-swimming. (One suggestion would be to hold a lap lane for adults wanting to do laps as at certain periods kids take over with inflatable toys, etc.) The hotel was very clean. Front desk staff member upon arrival seemed bored and was just looking around at everyone else in the area but other than that, everything was great. I understand there are renovations going on but these did not affect me other than that dining areas were closed.

Nice hotel

The property is very nice and connected to the Prudential Center which has many eateries- convenient for a cold winters day. We chose this hotel because it was walking distance to Northeatern University. Very convenient.

TV settings were not set for the accurate day and time and could not be adjusted during my 3 day stay

Too bad we didn’t get to see the new lobby it seems very nice
