The walls are so thin so you could easily hear other people in other room. We had a big issue for one night as our neighbor turn on TV early morning 5AM and it disrupted our sleep! If you travel for skiing they do not offer any shuttle and you have to take public transportation which is free but takes so long!

Second time here and loved the hotel and location. Only issue was the lack of soundproofing between ours and the adjoining room.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación , enfrente de toma el autobús que te lleva a Beaver creek , se encuentra cerca de restaurantes. La habitación es bastante cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario para que pases unos días cómodos sin duda regresaría

Easy access to skiing at Beaver Creek. Walkable to many restaurants in Avon. Villa was clean and everything worked properly. Bathroom needs a refreshing, dated design.

The construction going on at the property, made it difficult to park, among other things, and distracted from the experience. I understand the need for the renovation, but it would've been nice to know that that was going on before I booked the room.

The hotel is in a wonderful spot. The room was very clean and layed out very nice. We have stayed there 4 times now but always in late fall to early spring and never even considered an air conditioner. This trip, we stayed in late summer and were shocked to find there was no air conditioner. Even though we opened the slider and window, it was HOT. We ran the ceiling fan in both rooms and a provided floor fan. That helped a bit but my wife and I got little sleep due to the heat. If you like it warm/hot than you should not have a problem. We will stay again but never in the warmer months!

Big and clean suites including bathroom, kitchen, balcony with bbq. Me and my family absolutely enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub. Highly recommended. I will definitely book more vacation Villas in future.

Great stay. Very clean and large space making it easy to stay with our 9 month old. Very clean and in good shape.

Big surprise...No air conditioning I was shocked when we checked in last week, July 10 to learn that the hotel does not have air conditioning. The rooms have ceiling fans and extra floor fans available, but one also needs to open the windows to get fresh air which leaves one vulnerable to noise and air pollution/allergens. Another surprise: no breakfast available, not even coffee ! Not a good value for the money.

I loved that it is easy to walk to almost everywhere you want. Eating, drinking, fun, etc. Parking is nice in most of the properties too.

This property is beautiful. Mountain views, clean and spacious rooms with a separate bedroom from the living area. The parking underneath was easy with access to the main elevator. Amenities of the game room, sauna, hot tub and gym were definite perks.
