The room was very nice. The check-in was smooth and the lady was nice. I was only there for a night sleep and needed something close to the airport. It was convenient.

The queen size beds were excellent. They were so firm that my husband's bad back wasn't aggravated at all. In fact, he was the one who claimed his bed was the best bed he had experienced in the last 10 years. We requested access services and found our room close the elevator with an extra roomy restroom that had perfectly located support bars around the toilet and shower. The shower chair was clean and easy to maneuver in and out of the tub. The front desk, bar and restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful. We had lunch and dinner there and were very happy with the quality, service and prices. We enjoyed the wine options so much, we took a couple of bottles with us to a holiday party. Convenient and delicious! The parking and shuttle service was fabulous. We had to return our rental car the night before departure. We were able to use the shuttle service to return to the hotel for the final night of our trip without issue. We caught a 5:00 am shuttle back to the airport with Josh, who proudly defended his commitment to punctuality. He literally left on time! The van we traveled in was clean and we arrived at our check in gate quickly and stress free. My husband and I plan to return to this Sheraton any time we come to Pittsburgh in the future. We came into our four-night stay needing a room and hotel we could relax and refresh ourselves. We are so happy we found everything we needed right here.

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the food was delicious.

子どもがバスタブで湯張りして入浴していた時、バスルームが水浸し、廊下のカーペットにまで水が滲み出たり、階下の天井から水漏れ。スタッフが知らせに来てくれるまで当人も私も気が付かず。故意ではなく、お子さんがしてしまったことだったからか、おとがめなく。状況は把握しているから大丈夫とのこと。ひと安心でした。建物が古いとのレビューがあったので、配管の問題だったのかも。

The carpet was absolutely horrendous in my room no sooner did we get there? The room that they had for us had stink bugs on the walls and on my mattress, they gave us another room, and the carpet was mildew and had a bad odor and stunk awful would never recommend this facility. But the staff was very friendly

The sheets were wrinkled and looked like they weren't changed. I pulled back the covers on the other bed and they were smooth and not wrinkled. The pillow cases were clean. I could hear the person in the room next door adjust the blinds. The bathroom sink faucet dripped. Check in people were courteous.

Hotel is beyond dated. The first room I was in had massive stains on the floor & bedding, and dust bunnies in the corners of the room. This room smelled like burning plastic, so I requested to move. The front desk was very accommodating & friendly. They moved me to a second room that was significantly better than the initial room. Second room didn’t smell & was WAY cleaner than the first. Second room was just dated, but overall very clean and comfortable. Had my initial room been on par with this room, my ratings would be better. The first room was just disgusting. Therefore, cleanliness rating is an average of the two rooms.
