The property was clean and we felt safe for our entire visit. Unlimited free, hot chocolate and juice was available in the dining area 24 hours a day. Ice was an inconvenient spot. And we didn’t hear a peep from any other guests. We will definitely be back.

The check in was so easy and the staff is lovely. The room was spotless and so spacious. The bed was very comfortable and I always appreciate a duvet over a bedspread. I loved that I could bring my pet for the most reasonable pet fee I have ever paid. She is a tiny cat, only 5 lbs. It was $10.00. I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was plentiful with several options. I felt this hotel was a great value and I will seek them out on roadtrips in the future. I am a 60 woman traveling alone and I felt very safe. I

Front desk staff (both night and morning) were super friendly. Elevator was down but not a big issue for me. The water pressure was a little hard but again not a big deal. Breakfast was fine. Nothing fancy but a good, affordable place to lay your head for the night.

I was refused check in due to my service animals not having a “certificate”. Those “service animals certificates” are fake and it is against the law to deny someone for having a service animal. I am a disabled veteran and it is also against the law to ask to see any type of certification stating they are a service animal (since those don’t exist unless they are fake) in Alabama.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The elevator was out, and I was on the second floor, but I didn't mind the walk. Unfortunately, I was near the stairs door and had to hear it slam shut many times. There was a door that was left open on the side of the building leading to the stairs, which is a security risk. The air in the hall and in the room smelled bad. This hotel is supposed to be smoke-free, but I'm pretty sure there was some smoking going on.

We got to the hotel and then found out the elevator was out of service. We have been traveling for 3 weeks and have large suitcases, our take out supper and backpacks to carry up. We were on the 3rd floor. I would not have booked there if I had known there was no elevator. That should been disclosed when making a reservation. A discount should be applied.

The parking lot and outside of the property were underwhelming to say the least. I didn’t feel as safe at this hotel as opposed to going up the road two more exits. Once inside, it was better. They told me there that the elevator was broken, then put me on the top floor. I have health issues and going up & down all those stairs with luggage was a struggle. The breakfast in the morning was limited as well. Overall, it was fine for a night but I would not stay here again.

The tub was dirty, I asked the front desk to change rooms, and she made a smart comment that she knew the tub was clean, also the air conditioner at the end of the hall was torn up.

Overall, not horrible. However, if you ate scent sensitive like me, you will have problems. The overwhelming incense smell in the halls was migraine inducing. Luckily, the scent was fainter in the room, so i could sleep. Further, the cleaning staff knocking on my door at 8 am to see if i checked out was very inappropriate. The front desk should be able to let them know what rooms are ready, without someone waking me up!
