Quiet & conveniently located. However, the shower door was broken and would not close, causing water to get all over the floor. The shower itself was delapidated and unclean.

The specific room I stayed in was in need of repairs to the AC unit, the shower door, and the lock which worked in sporadically and required attempting to unlock the door several times before I was able to get in.

The staff was good.

This was the worst hotel stay ever. The hotel was filthy. The rugs were nasty. The whole place smelt of cigarette smoke, but claimed to be a smoke free facility, even with signs everywhere stating “breathe in “ yeah not something you want to do. Furniture was broken. The high chair was missing bolts. There was mold everywhere but especially in our shower. You could tell it was the slimy black mold. The towels that were supposed to be “clean” were folded yet, covered in feces and human hair!!! TVs didn’t work. The cigarette smoke coming from some rooms was absolutely disgusting! When the issues were resorted we were offered a new room. The second room was filthy and smelt as if someone who had just left a smoker a full pack of cigarettes. The second room had a faucet that could be shut off and no working television The third room wasn’t the greatest but it was better than the others. The major issue is THERE IS NO GENERAL MANAGER in call for this hotel on evenings or weekends. We were told point blank that the GM does not answer the phone, text messages or emails over the weekend. And if you have an issues we can deal with it on Monday this didn’t bode well with me, since we were leaving on Saturday. I demanded a resolution asap. I was told I could be comped but haven’t seen that yet. I also feel more should be offered besides just comping the room. I mean come on there was feces on towels, human hair everywhere, black slimy mold, obvious cigarette smoke and so much kite.

I was pleasantly surprised as to how clean and quiet the property was. I would stay at this location if I return to the area.

We stay here every couple of months and everything is always fine. I was surprised with how bad the walk in shower in room 309 was. The shower door does not close correctly so when you shower water leaks out all over the bathroom floor. You could even see water damage around the shower borders. Again I’ve never experienced this at this hotel before and was surprised to see. On a positive note breakfast was good , bed comfortable, room was clean and staff was helpful. Walkable distance to Cracker Barrel which is always nice.

It's very quiet, and there are a lot of dining options within walking distance. Easy parking is also available, and it's convenient to everywhere we need to go.

I checked in on Wednesday stayed thru Friday. My room was never cleaned. I ran out of towels and toilet paper, I had to get it from house keeping. I was told at the front desk my room would be clean. The room keys kept losing the code I had to come three times to get them programed. Black mold in the bathroom, I have photos.

My guys have been staying at this hotel for almost a year for work. They love the hotel, staff and the suites I put them in! 10 out of 10!!

The hotel is old....smells old. Needs updating. Random people mulling about, some scary. The first room the I was assigned smelled like dog. I asked for another room. The receptionist was great and gave us a different room. The second room was much better but definitely needs updating.

It’s like everyone there for the most part is family
