Staff was excellent - we were traveling with my little Yorky and they suggested the bottom floor for easy access to taking the dog outside to do her business...... they gave me a room nearest to the back door and this convenience was perfect!!!! I thought that was such a sweet and thoughtful thing to do for Sofie and I ....... I will definitely be staying here again!!!!!!!

The bathroom didn’t have vents so it was so cold in the bathroom with the door shut or open. The shower didn’t have a door or proper lighting. The lack of a shower door added to how freezing and unpleasant the shower was. The lack of proper lighting meant there wasn’t proper cleaning happening. There was black mold in the shower. There was also a black moldy spot on the bed side table. Wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend.

Super comfortable bed, nice low-flow shower and soap amenities, decent selection of cable channels, 4th floor room is quiet; Continental Breakfast + protein selection is really quite decent. All in all a very worthy overnight place that’s quiet, convenient and clean = a good value.

We had an overall good experience .Friendly people, the room was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. The only disappointment was the heater. It was a chilly night and the temperature could not be adjusted to higher than 62 degrees.

The staff "bent over backwards" to make sure everything was perfect! The room was comfortable and clean. Will stay again if the opportunity arises.

The only thing I didn't like is that the WiFi connection stopped working every 24 hours until you agreed to the terms & conditions again each day. That caused problems for me since I was using a VPN for work. But overall the hotel was great.

We love Sleep In. We come every New Years Eve to visit friends that moved here and we have stayed here for the last three years. The location is great, very quiet. The breakfast is great. I love all the Christmas trees they decorate. I always look forward to seeing them up.
