The hotel was nice but very expensive we stayed for 2 weeks and paid a pet fee everyday of the stay causing a 300 dollar difference not worth the money if you have a pet and are staying a week or 2

Dated and dirty looking. Rock hard beds. Damaged furniture from beer bottles being opened. The only saving grace was the staff at the front desk.

The room was dirty with what looked like a drink spilled on the nightstand. The lid and straw were on the floor below it. The shower has not been cleaned in some time. The left side of the king sized bed was broken. This was one of the worst stays I have ever had. The front desk held me there for 10-15 min after I had checked in to say that hotels.com had not secured my room for the 3 nights I chose. That was incorrect and the front desk agent was in the wrong.

Called ahead about unwashed linen..had to bring my own then made my bed after paying almost $22.00 for early check-in i am handicapped...had to carry bags up stairs No elevator plus rooms were extremely small..stayed on a prior stay room down stairs not as bad..mattress like sleeping on rocks..

Please do not stay in this hotel. It is filthy and smells really bad. We did not stay after seeing our room which had dirt and stains every where. We told the desk clerk and he said he could show us to another room but the hotel was so nasty that we told them no thank you. They would not refund our money even though we purchased protection.

Le chauffage dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas convenablement. J’ai tenté à 3 reprises différentes durant mon séjour de prendre une douche chaude mais sans succès. À noter que l’hôtel était quasiment vide. Je n’ai jamais été capable d’utiliser l’internet malgré mes tentatives avec plusieurs appareils.

Very close and easy access to 95. The property could use a face lift. The manager was very accommodating in changing our room because the phone and tv was not working. The hotel was quiet. The king bed mattress has seen better days but the pillows and bedding was comfortable.

Wait about 15 m-20 min for front desk person to come to desk. Had a sign that said be back in 5 min… 15-30 min later he arrives plus I don’t think your front desk should ever not have an attendant for safety. No elevator, mold on shower door as u walk into it. It was quiet, which was good
