Room was dirty, door was broken and hardley securable, bathroom was dirty and needed a complete rebuild, bath/shower was lose and broken, floor was dirty, Check in staff failed to inform about a breakfast. Had people living at the hotel and their property was strewn all over. Pool was nice, bit we we forced to leave at 8pm.

It served the purpose, it was a nice hotel for the price.

Front desk was great, beds not so much bathrooms could have been cleaner, but the most concerning was no smoke detector

The sink was dirty. That could have been easily been cleaned by the cleaning staff.

The view out my window was a wall. At the time, they had no continental breakfast.

We stayed here about a month ago while in town for business and the room we had was very nice, so we decided to book again while back this month. This room we’ve gotten is in horrible shape, and we won’t be back next month when we travel back to NC. The bathroom is absolutely falling to pieces; the ac/fan does not work. There’s staining all over the walls, quite literally finger prints on the bathroom walls. Staining on bedding. If it wasn’t for the fact we got here after 10pm and had a baby with us, we wouldn’t have stayed in room 107 at all!

The door was warped I couldn’t get open. There were some unsavory stuff happening outside, so I left within 5 minutes without even getting the refund. The staff never responded to my messages messages when I wrote them. I felt unsafe. I don’t believe the staff is a fault or the facility itself. It was more than an environment situation.

Room was on dirty side House keeping never made it to our room

Wasnt a very clean and neat place. Very rundown and maintenance not done or done very poorly.

The employees at the desk were frendly.

For the price I paid it was worth it

Nice clean room. Bathroom could use some work. Overall good.
