2nd time staying and loved it as much as the first . Great rooms and convenient location!

Perfect location. Walking distance to many venues. Well-appointed rooms. Very polished staff. Great rate but there was a $25/day amenity fee and parking was $$$ but guess that’s standard Chicago hotel stuff.

It is good for the price. Nice location and great views from the room. Inside the hotel, it is a bit aged, the shower door has a gap against the wall, hence water came out the shower stall when using and cause water running outside of the stall. The towels and pajama are cotton but very hard due to over use. Breakfast is over-priced and not-so-good as people commented.

As always, our stay was top-shelf. Staff was highly attentive and quite courteous, the property was clean, the room was very comfortable, and the valet service was timely. Highly recommended is the hotel’s restaurant for breakfast; always one of our favorite experiences. Superb area of the city very close to world-class shopping and restaurants. We will be back soon yet again.

The hotel was great! My go to hotel when I want to treat myself to a staycation. The only dislike is that the Valet service is expensive. However everything else makes up for it. 10/10 would recommend

Lovely room. Excellent service. 32nd floor with view of Lake Michigan. Palatial bathroom with tub and separate shower.

Maria helped me on 1/15/25. It was my birthday and she upgraded my room to the 27th floor. The view was everything. Also when I came back to my room from celebrating my room was cleaned up. I was very happy with what I saw. I will definitely be back.

Every employee was kind and helpful. Rooms and facilities were great. Perfectly located.
