Wonderful hot breakfast buffet- great breakfast staff. worth the 20 minute drive from San Diego for the lower cost and yet excellent suite.

The environment was very private and accessible

Affordable, large enough rooms, easy freeway access.

I cannot rate my stay because they didn’t have a room available for me and wanted to send me across town to somewhere else so I stayed somewhere else. Will never use this hotel brand again.

I didn't want to leave! The little apartment had everything I could have ever needed-- just amazing. It was immaculate, and I mean truly immaculate. The manager was professional and friendly when I had a couple of questions. Free breakfast was terrific. They allowed my cat and for that I was very grateful (there are fees!). I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The tub filled with water and took a while to drain while showering. There was no linen for the sofa bed and I had to go down to the front desk to get everything needed. The sink in the kitchen also backed up and was slow to drain. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

The first room we were given had ants in the bathroom and the couch mattress had stains all over it. They eventually gave us another room. This second room had a broken air conditioner, the kitchen floor was sticky, and the bathtub did not drain well. When I called for the bedding to the pull out, they told me I needed to come down to reception to get it. Did not feel comfortable my entire stay.

The room was fine. The grounds were unkempt.

Is a very good option, fully equiped kitchen, clean room and great location

I like that it was actually an apartment. A separate bedroom and a nice living space with a full small kitchen.

I liked that it was family oriented and designed for friends and families.

Suites were very comfortable for our 10 day stay with our miniature poodle. We enjoyed the convenience of a nice daily breakfast. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Terrific location near restaurants, stores and highway Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Door was broken and wouldn’t open well or close ever so I asked many times for them to fix as it’s a fire hazard and dangerous. No one fixed or cared. It was so sad how they didn’t care nor like working there so sorry for the people. Also did laundry and it was so gross and broken and not clean. No support.

Hotel needs to be updated, room didn’t feel clean, our kids wouldn’t use the bathroom in their room as it had a horrible odor.

Our family of 5 had a two bedroom. It was perfect downstairs room, living area, fireplace. We had a small issue with that room that was immediately taken care of by Kole, we were moved to an upstairs room same size.The staff was friendly, free breakfast was delicious and different daily. They had a variety of amenities from tennis courts, basketball, cornhole, pool, and our family favorite the hot tub. Outside of the room there is everything you need close by restaurants, shopping, groceries, strip mall. Highly recommended this location and hotel. No complaints.

The hotel was in a nice area close to shopping. The amount paid was not worth the quality of the room. The door was extremely hard to open, not enough silverware 3 forks and spoons for a two bedroom that said could accommodate 6) 4 plates, bowls. One pan but the Teflon was peeling off and it was very scratched. Restrooms had hair in the drains. Balcony was very dirty with the paint falling off. Complimentary breakfast was served daily but the food was burnt most days. The pancake machine was said to be out of order for 2 days worked fine the third day but then off again the 4th day. The comment made by staff is we only turn it one if we think many will use it. My kids wanted pancakes. The other issues we had was the food started to get picked up by 8:34am I do understand breakfast is from 6:30-8:30 but people were still trying to serve themselves, and there was lots left. Out side fire pit was not working and not enough seating for the amount of people. Staff was nice but I just expected more for the large amount that I paid.

One bedroom suite was perfect for me and my wife. Our miniature poodle was welcomed with gifts. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Daily breakfast was very good.
