This hotel (sonesta) is terrible for business travelers. I don't want swimming pool to enjoy during business travel. What I need is to get good internet service for working as business traveler. I was troubled to connect to internet due to poor wifi quality. Wifi signal is very weak and bad to acces internet. Connection was disconnected so many times. During on-line meeting with company, colleagues complained my connection is so bad and frequently disconnected. Colleagues asked me to move other hotels providing good internet service. I asked to change other room hotel. Hotel said I have to wait until next day because rooms are fully booked. I was very upset ans went out to coffee shop providing free wifi service. I worked at coffee shop other than sonesta hotel. Next day morning, I checked out right away and now I am staying wingate hotel without problem.

Very clean than other hotels surrounding area in Montgomery city, AL.

전반적으로 아늑한 분위기에 만족스러웠습니다.

조리기구 및 룸이 깨끗하고 조식이 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 밥, 김, 김치가 있어서 아주 반가웠습니다. 몽고메리에서 묵는다면 추천하고 싶은 곳입니다.

This Hotel is filthy.There was mold on the walls, the ceiling. Stains on the sheets and blankets. The walls are filthy. The AC vent had 3 inches of thick dust on it. It was horrible. There was a strong smell of Marijuana in the office and the entire property. I felt unsafe and I refused to stay there. Now looking into how to get my money back. I would not allow my dog to even stay here. The pictures are false and do not depict the actual condition of this hotel.

This was my 4th stay at this property. I had always been quite satisfied. This time I find this property from the outside less kept. Breezeways leading to units dirty. Carpet in unit where I stayed less than clean. Cook stove needed cleaning. Sink in bathroom leaking.

Poor customer service. Front desk closed until 8am. Pool was terrible. Not as pictures showed. Green water, garbage and unavailable to use. All facilities out of maintenance. Room with cigarette smell. Terrible Doors, carpets and outdoors dirty

My flight was cancelled so after being rerouted I got in 12 hours later than expected. Even though the Orbis website instructions indicated there was always staff at the hotel, when I got there the door was locked and the lobby was dark. There was an after hours number which matched Orbis' number for the hotel. I called it numerous times. No answer, not message service. I knocked on the lobby glass. Finally in desperation, I dragged my suitcase a half mile to a neighboring Marriott. I was preparing to check in when a very kind staff person called me and told me he could let me in. The main grounds are fine and partially maintained, but there is evidence of run down, from peeling stucco, to extremely filthy carpets in my room. Very stained with God knows what (one large red-stain I hope is something like tomato juice). Check out was also problematic. At 5 am when I had to leave for the airport...no staff. My room keys would NOT open the front door to the lobby to return keys. My phone had accidentally unplugged so I had no way to signal for an Uber. Further the wifi in the hotel would NOT connect, so I was isolated and could not get help. Another 1/2 mile back to the neighboring Marriott to recharge my phone enough to get an Uber. In short...if you go to this hotel, you really are on your own. The one staff person I saw was very professional and kind, but clearly over-exerted as I was left stranded outside twice and he was simply not to be easily found.

I like that the suite was like an apartment.

Very convient

There is noone in lobby until 8 AM. No access to gym until the lobby is open because room keys won’t open the gym. No laundry supplies at all. No quarters to do laundry can be provided after 4 pm for security reasons. Our room smelled like marijuana. There is Dog poop on the ground everywhere They cut the grass but don’t sweep after they mow so you track the grass clippings to your room. The hallways and walkways to the rooms are not swept There is no housekeeping and no broom in the room. The curtains are nice. The beds and bedding are nice the walls are freshly painted but that didn’t get the smell of pot smoke out of the carpet. I have pictures indicating that the rooms are not professionally cleaned.

I saw 2 roaches!

We've stayed at this property before and had not the best experience before, but this stay was a great improvement. The staff was pleasant, upon check in, Shenika(sp), was great and the coworkers were pleasant as well. Checking out, Lisa was amazing with a great personality. Our area was quiet with good parking availabilty. The room was nice but had a couple of hiccups, but can be easily corrected/updated. The bathroom sink drained extremely slow, the floor had areas that were unstable (dips), there are no streaming options on the TV and no HDMI available to connect devices. It's probably time to replace the mattress, the center is less firm than the other areas. Having a ceiling fan would also improve the space. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Right off highway and we were on back side of hotel so it was somewhat noisy. Didn’t know they were outside doors. The carpet has definitely seen a lot is use. Stained spots in several locations. Just looked old. When we left the front door was locked so we couldn’t get in to return key, etc. the lights were all out. It was 6:00 am. Bed was comfortable. Nice small kitchen area.

This is one of the absolute worst places we have ever stayed. The first room we were assigned looked like it was from a man abandoned house where squatters had been living. It was filthy, missing doors, cabinet doors that were there were falling off, there was paper stuffed in the smoke detector in the ceiling, it smelled like smoke. None of us wanted to touch anything. We went to the office to change (and interestingly someone else was just wrapping us requesting a room change too) and our new room was better, but still in bad shape and not clean. I would never stay here again nor recommend anyone else stay here.

It looks like an apartment

The room could use some tender loving care. The carpets and furniture needs cleaning. There were only one spoon and one fork (utensils) in the kitchen, oppose to there being enough for a stay. The towels in the bathroom are WELL WORN. Very THIN. They really need to be replaced with NEW towels.

Everything was great thank you

We only needed a place to sleep, to break up a long drive. I've stayed at Sonestas before and they've been great. Walked into the non smoking room and it smells like someone just smoked some marijuana in here, floors are stained and shower was disgusting. If i had planned on staying longer I would've asked for another room, but since we've been driving for 14hrs and are literally only here to shower and sleep, just dealing with it. On the plus side, the gentleman that checked me in was so very nice and had let me in even though he was about to leave. (We got in late and lobby closes at 11)
