Spark by Hilton Biloxi Ocean Springs

Staff very nice. Front desk lady was very helpful and friendly. Our room was cleaned during our stay and whoever did it. Done a very good job.

I liked that I was near everything that I needed. The visit was peaceful and relaxing.

The lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. The bed was firm, which I like, and the pillows were super soft! It was overall a great experience with the room.

I did not take a picture, but I do have a video on my Facebook page where I share with my followers encourage them if they’re in your area to stay at your most. It was very nice clean neat and a nice area.

This hotel was said to be renovated 5 months ago. The lobby was renovated and beds look to be replaced. The rest of the hotel leaves alot to be desired. The bathroom door in the room would not shut. Musty smell in room. Normal for maintanience to leave door to the room open so when the guest gets a key to go to the room the door is already open for anyone. Definatly not the Hilton quality you would expect even for a lower budget line.

I liked the spartan furnishing, clean and not overwhellming. My only unsatisfied want would be better breakfast options, and real milk for my coffee .

A good hotel, not a luxury experience but the room was clean and spacious and staff was friendly. Walls are very thin though so you can hear everything. Will be staying again

It was ok near a lot of restaurants

Elevator was broken my entire stay and I was not informed of this until I arrived . pool was out of service for half of my stay. Remotes do not come with each room you have to request it. Breakfast is included bagels and juice oh and yogurt! The beds are comfortable

This is not a Hilton. There's another review that said this and I only half believed. There was bad planning to create a horrible floor plan. The bathroom sink isn't in the bathroom. There's no gym. There's not enough parking. There appeared to be cheaply done construction or renovation. Things don't line up and seems overall shoddy. There's poor management with empty spots for vending machines, no microwave in room, no coffee machine in room, no cups in room. However, most of the staff seem friendly. The pool is open and looks clean. I didn't notice a posted hours for the pool and there were people out there into the early morning. That with thinner walls means it's not super quiet and peaceful. Rooms are clean, but there's lingering smells mostly of smoking and not just tobacco. Don't expect a lot and this is okay.

The property had recently been redone and looks pretty good. Their breakfast was very limited, but they say there are things ordered for it to come in later this month. They also do not have clocks, microwaves, a coffee maker or ice buckets for the rooms.

The Spark is a nice hotel, however the elevator has been down more than a week and the hotel fails to inform guests until after checkin. Because we booked through a third party (Hotels.com), being informed after checkin did not allow for a refund, so we had to carry large heavy luggage up the steps. While the elevator is out, the hotel should not have listed rooms available if it required climbing multiple floors. We also called the front desk and asked for extra towels and were told they'd be right up. More than an hour later, I had to call again to request the towels we never received. The hotel is nice, but I would call and inquire about the elevator before booking.

When we checked in we told the elevator was broke for a week and the only room left was on the 4th floor. My wife has knee issues. I booked a king bed with a shower. They gave me a room with two full size beds with a tub/shower combo. The ice machine was out on our floor and pool was closed in the morning. The lady at the front counter was nice but said she couldn’t change my room accommodations.

Elevator was out of order, but staff accommodated me due to 80% disability. Three floors and no elevator??

One night stay

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the entire stay. The hotel was clean, spacious, close to great restaurants and a great price. The staff was welcoming and the breakfast was great too, enjoyed having various options to start the day off.
