Spark by Hilton Hummelstown Hershey

It served its purpose -somewhere clean for us to rest our head after a day at the park . The front desk staff was very friendly . Our room was really clean . The hotel in general was clean . Breakfast was just the bagels , hard boiled eggs , muffins , fruit , cereal , and yogurt. That was enough to hold us over until lunchtime. Only thing they didn’t have was an elevator and working pool .

I did enjoy our stay. Was disappointed that the pool was not operating. That is a big reason why we booked here. Also the no bathtubs isnt cool when you have little kids. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Everyone was very nice. Do recommend. And close to Hershey.

Booked our trip in April for June stay apparently pool has been broken for over a month with broken pump…. Booked this hotel for kids since we were in town for soccer tournament. Not ample parking . I have an autistic 2year that could reach the door handle and usually it’s no big deal because there is a deadbolt lock well at this hotel when the deadbolt is locked if you press the door handle it unlocks my autistic child almost escaped within the first hour of being there. I then used the upper lock that allows the door to open but not all the way then pinches his fingers in the door. Security needs to improve! Doors shouldn’t unlock when handle is pressed down. Hotel was clean, nicely furnished, nice hot water! And beds were comfortable . Breakfast is more finger foods

We were quite disappointed to find the outdoor pool out of order, as we chose this hotel for that very amenity.

Every one of us friendly the breakfast was really good beds were soft pillows were soft and comfortable everyone slept good We appreciate the staff

The hotel was clean, the person checking us in was nice and informative. Unfortunately the pool was closed but did look nice. They also are installing an elevator which will be nice when done. The breakfast was okay.

Building appears to have been a renovated older building, still undergoing some kind of renovation. Pool was closed for repairs. Bathroom very small, beds not comfortable and basically a grab and go breakfast,

we loved staying at this property! it was clean, quiet, and very nice for our trip to hersheypark. we were just disappointed that the pool was closed since that was why we booked with spark in the first place, but other than that it was great! the woman who checked us out this morning was super friendly as well!

The Hotel and room were very clean. Upon entering our room, it was very spacious, modern and clean. Nice bigger screen TV, bed was comfy. As with any hotel, the pillows were very thin. The stay was nice with the exception of we had a neighbor who at 1 am decided to bang on a door and scream loudly. Sounded like a domestic. We were up from then on with very little sleep. We called the front desk and let them know. 3am, they were back at it.

Stayed overnight in preparation for hospital visit the next day. The service was excellent. We appreciated staying in a clean comfortable place close to the hospital. Thank you so much.

No complaints

There was no elevator working onsite and I came with my whole trade show booth that I had to haul up and down the stairs. I ended up being in a room that was more like a motel with a door to the parking lot - the room was super humid and I could hear everyone on their balconies and smell the cigarettes/weed stench.

Rooms were very clean because recently renovated. Our room was in the rear of the building which made us feel a little unsafe.

We like the close proximity to Hershey Park and also nice restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. It had amenities for a more lengthy stay, such as a small kitchen sink and cabinets for storing snacks. Continental breakfast was good.
