The pool was perfect for children.

Pros: Our room was exactly as pictured. Newly renovated, very clean, quiet. The beds were comfortable. Cons: No coffee maker in the hotel room. The bathroom was so small that the sink was out near the couch. Not a huge deal, just a bit unusual. Breakfast was simple, but adequate. It was very clean downstairs. Ice water would have been nice to have for breakfast along with the juice and coffee. Some protein would have been nice, too. It was just carbs and yogurt. Noted: One of the staff, an older gentleman, was sitting in the “lobby” area watching a movie when we checked in. That was a bit awkward since the check-in area is so small. It would have been nice if they would have offered us water bottles. The other lady who checked us in was polite and helpful and told us exactly how to get to our room. There was also a “wet floor” sign hanging on the inside of the elevator, as if that’s where they keep it. No floors were wet in the building when we were there.

It was ok for one night. It could have been cleaner.

Decent hotel, would stay again. Nothing fancy but nothing bad either.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night on the way to Disney. This was the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The first time being two summers ago when it seemed much cleaner and nicer. I was a little disappointed to see it went a little downhill and didn’t live up to the Hilton standards I’m accustomed to. Floors were dirty in the elevator and a caution cone remained in the elevator as if there had been a spill but no one cleaned it up. I will say that the room seemed clean and was fine for one night.

Although clean, this is a pretty basic hotel. No coffee makers in the rooms or microwaves. You do have access to both in the lobby though. The hallway on the 3rd floor smelled of smoke and there were kids running up and down until almost 1am. I wasn't impressed and will not return, too many other options in the area.

Great location! Lots of parking. Safe and clean. Walk to gas station, chick-fil- a, Starbucks, and other restaurants.

We had a 5 night stay at Spark and was expecting nothing short of what Hilton’s name has been known for but unfortunately found the opposite. There were large cockroaches in the parking lot, the bath towels were rough and looked as if they needed replaced, the sheets on the bed were awful, itchy, hot and cheap. The refrigerator would only be set for a standard temperature so our groceries would not stay cold, the cable television was so spotty that you couldn’t watch a show due to it skipping as well as the internet that was so slow you couldn’t link to it. And lastly if you wanted to sleep in, the maids in the hall were yelling back and forth with one another so loudly, that you had to get up, there was no sleep for the weary! I have to say that I’m disappointed in my stay and disappointed that Hilton is putting their name on a hotel but not holding their standards higher. I wouldn’t expect anything but that for an affiliated place to stay. Please choose wisely before staying and do your homework thoroughly, I thought I did. You have to leave honest, truthful reviews for the next person in line or their experience will be the same. Lets be kind enough to look out for each other when staying at hotels, it’s word of mouth that could save the next person hundreds of dollars on their next stay.

Really don’t understand why this hotel is 9+(wonderful rates).

The best part was the staff!!! They were all amazing! We will definitely be back here if we are ever in the area again!

Other than the pool is closed and breakfast not being great.. the beds are amazingly comfortable and very clean rooms I would stay here again.. bonus they allow pets and it doesn’t smell like pets… they are so far keeping this place very nice
