Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

I love everything from the room to the staff also the breakfast and coffee was delicious...and the guest were so pleasant..the front desk ladies where both wonderful checkin and check out. I wish i would have gotten their names.. I will definitely be staying again....This has truly been one of the best hotels if not the best hotel stays i have had!!! Keep up the great service.

Turnover service was not timely. Nothing healthy for breakfast, just carbs. The staff was OK. Not much effort from evening staff. Coffee maker was broken. Room was comfy but overall, I’d say 2/10. I expected more from a Marriott.

We have stayed in Baton Rouge many times, and this was the very best place we have stayed. It was a great room for the price, with plenty of sitting space. Everyone at the front desk was amazing. We will definitely stay here again next time!

It was quiet and safe. The beds were a bit too soft of my teast. But it was overall a good expirience.

I had made a mistake in reserving the next day and the gal at the front dest on check-in was understanding and took care of my error promptly and professionally. thanks for that excellent service.

Check in was a breeze. Customer service was great. The room was clean and well appointed. We had a suite and the sofa bed slept 2 adults and 3 kids with ease. We travel a lot and this was a nice room.

Hotel near airport was off our drive path, but fine. Minimal kitchen but clean and fine. Room had more light than desired but ok. Fine for an overnight travel place. Breakfast was good with a couple of hot items. Overall nice staff.

The check it in process was smooth. Mr. Daniel has exemplary customer service 10/10. The property was a decent stay. You can hear others slightly there nothing too disturbing.

Great room space and convenient location to get to/from.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and I wasn’t happy at all. The night clerk was loud and was more worried about being on her phone. Even though she was somewhat polite, I was immediately turned off. The room size was good however, everything in there is OLD. The microwave was nasty, the ottoman had spill stains. The room looked like it hadn’t been wiped down good and the shower drained very very slow. I almost wanted to check out and go to the Hilton next door. Whoever the person was handling the breakfast was rude as well. I tried speaking to say good morning and she just walked off. The coffee in the urn was cold and I had to ask for more coffee for the room as they only had two packs of decaf and one pack of sugar with a stirrer. I was very disappointed and I will not stay there again. My first mind told me to book the Hilton and I should’ve stuck with it.
