객실로 1층 배정을 해주어 주변 소음(객실 바로 앞이 스태프 사무실)으로 매우 불편했습니다

Easy checking in process. Requested ice and they said be brought to room. No ice arrived. Shower leaks water out of the shower basin onto the rest of floor.

The lobby had cold water, coffee and cookies which was nice to see after a day of traveling. Also plenty of comfortable seating. Check in was so easy and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was extremely clean with nicely curated decor and USB outlets at every turn. We appreciated the security guard out front at night because there was a lot of theater and loud Times Square people outside. However once inside our rooms were quiet and we didn’t feel like we were in the midst of a very touristy area. The included breakfast had so many food options and high quality pastries, plus the seating area was clean and modern. I’d stay here again easily!

Perfekte Lage für Sightseeing und Einkauf . Superanbindung für MTA - alles bequem fussläufig erreichbar . Sehr schönes , relativ grosses und modern frischrenoviertes Zimmer . Nachdem uns die ersten beiden Tage der Zimmerservice etwas ignoriert hat , war dieser die restlichen 3 Tage perfekt. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut , vielseitig und reichlich . Sehr engagierter Männertrupp , der freundlich immer wieder das Buffett nachfüllte. Frischobst , gute Säfte , Kuchen und das typisch amerikanische - und schmackhafte Angebot . The location is great. However, 3 of the 4 days we were there one of the 2 elevators was down. Very inconvenient.

Clean and renovated room, quite, good breakfast, welcoming and nice staff.

The rooms are small and have no wardrobe; instead, there's a useless sofa. The location is great, walkable and convenient. The buffet breakfast is very good

This was a great hotel for a stay over after Broadway. Centrally located, easy checkin, clean rooms and a gym/free breakfast. Was a good value for what you get.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, direkt in Times Square Nähe. Diverse U-Bahn Stationen sind schnell erreichbar, so auch die U-Bahn zum JFK Airport. Das Hotel selbst macht einen modernen Eindruck. Das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe. Auch das Bad ist ausreichend groß. Hier allerdings hatten wir bei der Dusche das Problem, dass trotz geschlossener Türe das Wasser unten raus geflossen ist. Beim Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl. Was uns allerdings störte war der Einsatz von Einweg Plastik besteck und Plastik Becher. Auch die Papierteller könnte man umweltschonender durch richtige Teller umsetzen. Hier gibt es Verbesserungsbedarf. Alles in allem waren wir mit unserem Hotel sehr zufrieden.

Everything was great! Breakfast was amazing and all the personnel was super friendly, just the last day they did not clean the room, but besides that the overall experience was excellent
