Very nice!!

맨하탄 도심 가운데 위치하여 관광명소를 접근하기도 좋았고 조식과 저녁시간에 제공되는 술은 또다른 즐길거리였습니다. 5박을 머무를 동안 매일매일 깨끗하게 청소해주셨고, 요구사항도 바로바로 해결해주셔서 좋았어요. 4명의 가족이 지내기에 그렇게 불편하지도 않았습니다. 가격대비 좋은 숙박시설로 강추합니다 ~

좋아요!! 겨울 여행이었는데 방도 따뜻하고 8박 지내는 동안 괜찮았어요! 소파도 있고 전자레인지도 있고 옷걸이도 충분하고 만족했습니다! 그치만 화댱실이 아쥬 깨끅하진아나써요!

에어컨에서 이상한 소리가 나서 엔지니어가 두 번이나 방문하여 뭔가 수리를 하려고는 했지만 임시방편으로만 조치해주었습니다. 방을 바꿔달라고 요구했지만 지금은 빈 방이 없어 다음날 바꿔줄 수 있다고 했습니다. 그래서 어쩔수없이 소리나는 방에서 하루 더 잤습니다. 그때 어플에서 검색했을때는 빈방이 있다고 나오긴 했지만 그냥 믿었습니다. 그리고 다음날 짐을 다 싸서 내려갔는데 처음에 또 빈 방이 없다고 다음날 바꿔줄 수 있다고 했습니다. 저희가 어이없다는듯이 반응하니 그제서야 바꿔줄 수 있다고 하면서 바꿔 주었습니다. 밤중에 엔지니어가 두 번이나 방문을 해야했고, 방을 쉽게 바꿔주지 않은 점이 제 여행을 최악으로 만들었습니다. 그리고 심지어 숙박 기간 중 어떤 날은 하우스 키핑이 끝나고 문을 제대로 닫지 않아 외출하고 돌아오니 문이 조금 열려있었습니다. 다행히 사라진 물건은 없었지만 너무 불안했습니다. 여러모로 이 숙소에서의 경험이 제 여행을 망쳤습니다. 그리고 방 크기의 차이가 매우 큽니다. 방 배정을 잘 받아야합니다.

Very close to Times Square and subway so easily saw everything we wanted to as tourists!

Breakfast was decent

convenient to Penn Station, fairly quiet hallways, old and stained carpets everywhere. bathrooms were bizarre-tiny footprint with a barn door that didn't fully close. tv was bigger than the bathroom floor space. breakfast was on paper plates, hot items were limited and unappetizing.

It was very clean, good breakfast options they slightly changed each morning. Smooth check in and check out. They hold your luggage before and after your stay. Elevators took a while to actually be available at time with the amount of people using them, but it was minor. Everything else was great.

This was a great place to stay. The cleanliness and the friendly staff made our stay much better than we anticipated. Thank you!

Centrally located. It was an east walk to Broadway and over to the Hudson Yards. The lobby has live music and a nice little bar.

So close to Penn Station the hotel is a great option to stay. Staff was super friendly and looking to please every need of the customers. It the cleanest hotel that we stay in the last 3 years and smell really good. The breakfast area had a nice selection and a great employees keeping all clean, full and helping customers. I will stay again and recommend to my friends and family.

Loved our stay here! Friendly, accommodating staff. Easy check in process. Clean, comfortable property and room. Had a really cute room with a terrace. Quite an amazing breakfast spread! Walking distance to everything (but you feel like you're staying in a neighborhood). We will definitely be back!!

Notre séjour c’est bien passé dans l’ensemble par contre nous sommes passés par une dame de l’hôtel pour réserver un taxi à ma grande surprise ce fut un mini bus qui deposé plusieurs personnes de l’hôtel en face nous avons donc mis environ 2 heure pour arriver à l’aéroport alors qu’à l’allée Nous avions pris un taxi jaune qui nous a coûté le même prix . Ils se font donc de l’argent sur notre dos je n’ai pas trouvé et cela correct d’autant plus qu’elle nous a fait partir 3 heures à l’avance pour rien!

The rooms are large for NYC. Breakfast is included, which is superb. Very quiet, clean, very friendly staff. Area is convenient for an NYC trip. Close to Penn Station and Times Square, so everything is close by with public transport. Travelled with teenagers, many families stay at this hotel. Very highly recommend it.

I didn’t like that I asked 3 times about whether any of the rooms had a sofa or loveseat and was told no. I reserved 2 rooms with double beds and on the third day I found out that the room with 2 occupants had a sofa and the one I was in with 2 friends didn’t and at this point it was too late to switch. I also was told there was no shuttle from the airport and when I found out that there was a shuttle I couldn’t get through to the concierge even after trying 4 times so I gave up and took the uber and had to walk 4 blocks with luggage from the uber drop off. I was grateful that I was able to ride the shuttle from the hotel to the airport though. My friends and I enjoyed the breakfast and felt the serving hours were great.

Very convenient location for visiting Manhattan atteactions. Subway station two blocks away. Friendly staff and complimentary breakfast.
