What they don't tell you on this website, until you have made your reservation, is that there is a 'historic' train track that runs behind the hotel and the train runs there off and on all night long. I thought, 'how bad could it be?' At one point it was terrifying for me, so much noise I thought the train was going to derail. The room is well above average and well appointed, but I wouldn't stay there again if it were free.

We were advised that check in the building vibrates when a freight train goes by and it was similar to the earthquake I experienced. I think they could market this to be a feature rather than a problem.

Old property which isnunder renovation, dust and noises everywhere Old equipments and rooms bathrom trying to upgrade with minimum changes jist to show the upgrade happened. Old rusted fixtures! Loud music noise at 11 pm forced us to change room rather than identifying and asking for quite time to room above ours. This stay has chabged our perspective of sprinhill experience we had till now, will definately switching to some other options.

While the room looked really nice. The sheets were horrible, the shower door was broken, things falling off the wall, the fridge didn’t work, the breakfast was nasty, the walls were paper thin. We were there 5 days and never had anyone come clean, bring towels, or take out the trash. The worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I could t believe it. I only reserved it because of the name which now means absolutely nothing.

Frequent freight trains. Sounded like they were immediately outside the room with the windows open. The sliding glass divider between beds and sofa rattled with every step and train. I think there are bumpers that can stop this from happening. The staff was welcoming. Room was clean.

One of the nicest and cleanest hotels on our 2024 Holiday trip. Only down side was the rail road tracks on back of property. consistently through night you can hear the train and carts. Hotel did email letting us know. Overall friendly and helpful staff and property is very clean.

Upon arrival Dell was wonderful warm and inviting. Check in was simple. Our room was ok. Room 219 was not thoroughly cleaned. The desk wasn't wiped down, there were crumbs on the floor and the bathroom could have been cleaner especially around the edges of the shower pan. The couch has a big stain on the side. We couldn't use the tv because the remote was jammed and the options we needed couldn't be contolled by the tv itself. Breakfast was mediocre. We love the waffle area. Coffee could be better. Oh and by the way my kids loved watching the train pass by our back window. You could definitely hear it but we did not mind at all. I knew to expect it from reading reviews but I think the heads up email informing quests as well as mentioning it at check in is smart.
