The location was great. It rained and we were able to find plenty of things to entertain our little boy including the aquarium, mirror maze, petting zoo and carousel. We also visited the City Museum which was only a short drive away.

Our favorite place to stay. Wedding reception Saturday night that is awesome but not for us guest not a part of it. The lobby is a must. Sad it was closed for the wedding.

Room had trash on the floor. Not very clean

Great hotel overall, but I wish the parking was covered and connected to the hotel.

We were in room 6101 and the latch on the door was broken. I went to down to the front deskand explained to this to them. When we arrive back to the room about 9 o’clock, the latch still wasn’t fixed. So I just piled our luggage in front of the door.

Property is nice but definitely feels older. Staff is hit or miss. The valet people were amazing but the front desk were not as great.

Shower drain was closed and rimmed with grossness. We had to open the drain and run hot water before we showered. Bathroom floor had hair in the corners. Coffee maker was too dirty to use. We called vallet and were told 10 minutes to retrieve our car, we waited 25 minutes. Fire and Water show was broken all weekend, most of the attached restaurants and bars are only open Thurs-Saturday. I overpaid for this hotel as I thought the attractions would be worth it and was severely disappointed with our experience. It was dated, unclean, and lacking in dining options.

I’ve stayed here twice when I’ve come to town and I’ve enjoyed my stay.

There were limited dining options. The room felt very worn and despite me blasting the heat never got warm. Not enough light in the room or hallways at night.

This property has great potential but everything about it was average. The room had empty tissues and lotion upon arrival. There were ants in the bathroom. Staff did not go out of their way to welcome you or share noteworthy events/highlights/features. Food was super average. It kind of felt like no one really cared to create an experience or delight guests. A management and hospitality refresher, some menu updates and a few improvements could take this hotel to a destination vs an accommodation.

Loved this location. My daughter was in awe.

This place was wonderful

So the common areas of this hotel are STUNNING! The staff is great, food is great and so close to so many things. The only issue I had were with the rooms and some of the areas around the rooms. They put so much care into keeping the old Union Station in great shape that I think the hotel is being ignored. You can just tell that it is dated and aging. Cracked tiles, layers of paint etc. What really soured me to the room was the remote not working, called for a new one. An hour and a half later we were asleep and still no remote. Then they called to ask if I received the new remote. Um no, and don’t bother now…too late. Then when daylight hit we noticed a HUGE yellow stain on one of the comforters. It definitely had been cleaned but with a stain like that and other small ones, it should have been tossed out. We were also given only 2 bath towels. Then my son spilled a drink so we used them to clean that up. Left them for housekeeping to gather. Housekeeping did not come. Apparently you have to ask, and it is complimentary, but you have to ask. I did read that somewhere after the fact but normally when you check in they make damn sure you understand that. Anyway, it was a great trip…we will be back. Just wish a little more care and concern was taken with the hotel.

This is an amazing place to stay !!! The check in staff, bellman, valet, all very welcoming and kind!! We love staying here every year!!!
