The whole room was filthy, hair on the bed and all over the floor. Shower was disgusting. White stains on couch. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

I checked in to a dirty room. The room wasn’t serviced the room was disgusting.

The photos you see on the profile are not what you get once you enter your room. Total deception. The room was dirty. Hair everywhere, on the toilet and in the bed. There was no bedding included, no towels, and no toilet paper. Would not even consider sleeping here even if the room was provided at no cost.

It felt like I'd won the lottery, and it was my lucky day! I had not seen anything be available here before. For the price, this value was unreal!!!!!!! I was afraid it was a scam, or that there would at least be a hidden fee, and i was wrong, it really was true! The only negative is there was no way to get more than one night- there is no last minute adjustments, but thats not really a negative its just in high demand! Ooh the having to pick up the key at a different hotel was something that should be mentioned first, i was completely thrown off by that lol!!!

Met all basic needs for price I cannot complain.

This was an unfortunately negative experience due to the lack of communication once reserving the room. When we arrived to the property, there was no front desk and no way to get in to the building. Someone eventually opened the door stating they were the building manager and that they had been looking for my number (clearly provided in the reservation) because we needed to go to another location to pick up our key. She said she could let us in but we would need to go pick up a key if we wanted to leave the room and return later. It felt pretty worrisome to leave our things locked in a room we were unsure we would be able to return to. There was no offer for support or really any understanding of how concerning this was for us. We did end up going to the other location (which is not mentioned anywhere) and we were able to get to our room. Once in there, there were no towels to shower, only hand towels and a pack of condoms on the floor next to the bed, letting us know that the room was not likely well cleaned before our arrival.

Showed up room wasn’t clean yet so it came in around 6 PM clean rise

Room was way smaller than advertised and there is no free parking, and no way to purchase a parking pass on site.

No matter how many times I drove back and forth to the satellite office and hotel. My key card would not work. I ended up leaving and going to another hotel. But will not get a refund

Was not able to check in because there was No Check In lobby or staff and No one answered The Phone Number that I Called and I’m waiting for A Response to My refund or credit to use the money I Lost because I was not able to get In contact with anyone to be able to check in

ZERO communication from the property. I had to drive to a random motel and pick up my room key there. There isn’t a receptionist area. BEWARE THIS PLACE IS FALSE ADVERTISING. Parking spots are designated and not assigned upon check in. You will risk having your vehicle towed. Found trash from the previous guests on the floor inside the hotel room. I couldn’t use the shower because it looked dirty. The bedsheets were FILTHY and the pillows had BLOOD STAINS. Thankfully I travel with my own pillows. Mattress was so springy and uncomfortable, the floor was much more comfortable. I’ve stayed in hostels around the world with better quality than this junk.

You could hear everyone in every room

I couldn’t believe how many complaints this place has over parking. Street parking is about 6 steps away from the building… plenty of parking space around. Very spacious room with kitchen. It smelled very clean and looked clean. Rest room was clean and they even provide shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and more. Would definitely be coming back and especially for the price! Can’t beat it.

No parking without a paid permit, so you have to look for street parking. The stairwell is locked. There is no "private entrance" as the listing claims. The area is very noisy. The heating/cooling unit is also very loud, but it's not a steady sound so it doesn't work as white noise. The shower had not been cleaned. There was hair all over it. Overall a terrible place to stay.

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had! Wasn’t even able to stay there as my key once I got it didn’t work and I couldn’t get anyone to return my text or calls! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. No one was on site and never was told I needed a parking pass nor received one horrible experience!

We spent about an hour trying to figure out check in. The hotel was not in communication with us and sent no emails. We had to go to a different location to check in which was not on my ticket.

Loved the unit itself. Must check-in at a hotel several miles away to pick up the key. Parking MUST be arranged prior to arrival, otherwise, only street parking.

Starling was strong in many areas. The housekeeper let his mouth play him out his tip though. I got no towel change either day but still 5 stars. Sat Sri Akal
