There was no hot water so couldn’t shower all weekend, room smelled of old cigarettes, sink was leaking and i had no idea until i picked up my dirty clothes pile. Window in bathroom couldn’t be closed because on side was fully broken out so they glued it open to cover the missing window pain! Blankets had cigarette burn holes. And the counter was just a piece of ply wood! Had i known i would have stayed somewhere else! But i knew i wouldn’t get my money refunded late at night so myself and 2 year old grandson had no choice! Very disappointed.

Staff was super rude. Phone didn't work in the room. There was a light out blood stains on the comforter. It was so disgusting. It was so disgusting

It was terrible room was real dirty tiles were dirty pillows were dirty and we didn’t get to sleep the room because I was afraid that the people that were standing in the corner or Finna try and do something to my truck. They were drug dealers and I guess prostitutes around the hotel.

The guy at the property charges different amounts for you to get in 1 minute. It was a $100 for a deposit. Then it was $50 for a deposit. Then it was twenty dollars for a deposit.Then he said his boss said we couldn't stay there anymore because we had too much company, which was a lie

Non smoking rooms not exist. Room has full of smoke. The manager would not let me out of reservations. So we so slept in room full of smoke and took the smell with us all day. Beware. Not guaranteed a non smoking room.

Unlike other Motel 6/Studio 6 properties, the motel does not have complimentary coffee in the morning. And, it charges for ice!!! I've never had a motel do that before.

This is possibly the worst experience I ever had, because the people knocking on the door early am, apparently looking for drugs. I never went back to sleep after the incident, thinking how desperate the individuals looked.

Room was advertised as “non-smoking” but the second we walked into the room the smell of thick cigarette smoke slaps you in the face. Couldn’t sleep there, had to checkout.
