The rooms haw laminated floor the where very dirty sticky the same the hallway the need a very deep cleaning

Motel from Hell. Poor condition bad tv, broken sink faucet, bed poor And found a bug in it, slippery shower floor. It was a nightmare. Thankfully we only needed one night.

Easy access to interstate although outside had tall weeds growing in every crack or corner and had to be given a different room due to a/c not working in first room

We had an overnight stay. The room was quite and clean. The bed was a little firm for our liking but not bad. Hated not having coffee, even in the lobby. The most frustrating part was the dispensers in the bathroom didn't work right and weren't marked so you had no idea what was soap, shampoo or conditioner. Or what kind it was. I like the idea of dispensers if do right. If not it's ridiculous.

No hot water!!!! Makes for an uncomfortable stay. Beware and ask before

Cheap and allows dogs Our room didnt have working air and she came up to check then moved us to another room much bigger and better room.

Very great service. Even went above and beyond when the washer broke mid cycle.

I’m rating this stay a 2.5 stars. The back entrance door was insecure with no latch, in which where are room was located bottom floor second to last door. There was a 1 1/2’ gap on the bottom of door. It took almost 10 minutes for the host to get checked in. I wouldn’t have mind if it was just myself but I had my daughter and mom. FYI: Do your research before committing. My fault. Do better!

Room was clean and recently updated. Property under remodel (and they are not neat remodelers). When it’s done, I’m sure this will be a fine place to stay. Right now it’s a bit chaotic. Check in was the worst part. Nobody at front desk. No sign to indicate how to get ahold of anybody. Had to walk the halls and find someone who knew where the checkin guy was. After a long day in the road - was not a great start to the stay. Dogs stay free and that was awesome.

No customer service, smelling smoke room

Hotel accepted my reservation but was not open and could not check-in. No guest cars in the parking lot. It looks like they are under construction. Had to get another hotel reservation. Motel 6 wouldn’t return call, wouldn’t respond to hotels.com, and wouldn’t agree to refund my “stay”.

No cups in bathroom and no coffee pot

I was charged three separate times for the same stay!

If your web page says “breakfast included,” there should be breakfast. No shampoo, which would matter if there was actually a light in the bathroom!! Not broken, not burned out bulb, but literally no light fixture. Trashy

This location went bankrupt. We arrived and had no place to stay. Expedia gave us a refund but it should be removed from the site

Basic, clean, and reasonable cost. Located just off of I-70, so some road noise could be heard.
