This is a dodgy hotel. Shady characters hanging out at night when we checked in and a police raid occured the next morning when we checked out. Well never stay here again.

The hotel was dirty. The bed sheets were stained. No blanket on the bed. Would have left but already paid and it was late when I checked in.

I didn't realize this was an extended stay property and that dogs being allowed in the hotel was an option. The 3rd floor smelled like wet dog down the entire hallway. It was very overwhelming. In the room, there was a strong gas or chemical smell that made us nauseous and gave us a headache. We didn't even stay in the room for more than an hour before we decided to leave. Of course because it was already late and it was the same day as our arrival there is no refund/credit given. So I paid for a room we didn't even stay in for the night. The front desk employees were very helpful and offered to switch us to another room but we declined. There was not a manager on duty to speak to about a refund or credit.

I was not expecting it to be a 4 star, but I did expect the hotel to be clean, that was not the case. This was an extended stay location, and I did not feel safe with all the residents just sitting around outside smoking and hanging out. I will not be staying at this location again!

Desk staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. The room had a slight smell. The shower curtain had pink mold at the tub level and down to the bottom. It should have been changed months ago! The room and hallway could be cleaner.

He estado quedándome en este hotel dos año pero es evidente que ya decayó mucho, por no decir que hay cucarachas. Justo cuando yo llegué allí fue porque se caracterizaba por su limpieza pero ha decaído. Ojalá volviera a tener esa peculiaridad.

The property location is OK but as soon as you enter the hotel, the entire hallway smells like cigarette smoke. The rooms are clean, but the furniture is not comfortable at all the mattress was bulky and hard the pillows were thin no comforts here for me in the future this place will be my last resort.

My best friend and I got to hotel around 7pm, waited 10 mins just for someone to come help check us in to only find out that our room wasn’t even ready! They tried to offer us a room with a door that had no key entry then proceed to take us to a room that someone had already been in that hadn’t been cleaned yet. We had asked for a full or partial refund and they refused cause management doesn’t like “doing refunds”
