This property was good value for the price and the rooms were a bit small. Served a purpose and I would stay again.

The room fit every description you’d have in your head of a motel 6. I’ve seen some really nice outstanding one’s however, this one was literally just a place to sleep. The furniture and room in general was very outdated, small, and very much so gave “do you need somewhere to sleep or not”. My opinion they are over priced for no reason. I lived the late check out which was Noon I believe which is the least they could do. If you’re looking for a place to crash and then bounce without having to pay a resort look no further. I was expecting to see a roach but, to my surprise I didn’t for which I am very happy. Staff was great. Location, price and condition was just not given .

Overall it was a good experience for the price and how long we needed the room for. But for some reason some of the electricty like light switches did not work in the room like in the bathroom. I pretty much got ready for the day in the dark.

The room itself was good. I appreciated that the bathroom area had recently been upgraded. The outside surroundings of the facility are sketchy. And noisy.

Its one block from the MGMGrand hotel and a Dennys net to it along with a small convient store.

room? Meh—standard Motel 6 fare. Bed, shower, four walls—check. But if you're looking for peace and quiet, this place ain't it. From the moment I checked in, it felt like I had front-row seats to a three-ring circus. Kids were running wild in the parking lot like recess never ended. Dogs were barking next door like they were auditioning for America's Got Talent. And a couple across the way decided their argument couldn’t wait, so they graciously broadcast it to the entire motel like it was prime-time drama. And just when I thought it couldn’t get more chaotic—plot twist—three police cars showed up, sirens blazing, to arrest someone in the room directly below mine. At that point, I wasn’t sure if I’d booked a room or landed in an episode of Cops. Naturally, I tried talking to the front desk. Maybe a different room? A late checkout to make up for the insanity? Nope. Nada. Zilch. They were about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. “Checkout is at 11,” they said. No wiggle room. I found that out when a security guard was at my door at 11:04—knocking like I’d robbed the place. This place treats checkout like it’s a government operation. Zero grace, zero chill. Bottom line: next time, I’m spending a few extra bucks somewhere else. A lot of nearby spots are the same price—yeah, you pay a deposit, but you get it back. And in exchange, you get peace, quiet, and the luxury of not feeling like you’re stuck in a low-budget action movie. Worth it.

Perfect place to stay if you’re looking for cheap! literally right off of the strip, did not feel unsafe when walking back-and-forth. Would definitely stay again’

Trash.

First time to try motel and it was not bad! I loved how good their pillows are and wondering how hotels don't have those instead of shrunk/worn out feather ones (as marriot members). Rooms are small but we were in vegas and we just need place to sleep in and didn’t mind. Great spot, denny’s breakfast just next to it.

Overall our stay was good. The room was small for 4 people, a little outdated & run down. But it served it's purpose.

I have never seen third class property and hotel.com system. They gave me smoking room .i went with my family my wife and daughters, they said they don’t have another option . Rooms , bedsheet,,Restroom floor dirty . Super duper bad property and don’t book hotel from hotel .com. I paid them 40 days ago and they didn’t book my no smoking room.

Bad area

The property was quiet. The rooms are very old. Beds are unconformable. They bedding is very thin. (Don't provide warmth). They had stairs blocked off that couldn't be used. There was ample parking

Overall a good experience wish I had a more upgraded room

We pulled up to the hotel to check in and saw crime tape around an area of the property. Later we found out there was a homicide. It was very noisy throughout the night and it was hard to sleep because we felt unsafe. Every linen on the bed had stains. Half of the towels had black marks. This was the only hotel available for the last night we were in Vegas and we had a very early flight. In hindsight, I wish we would have just slept at the airport.

Not a nice property. Sketchy! Dogs barking in rooms. Staff was nice.
