If your looking to stay in Sturgis DO NOT book this hotel. Weve stayed her twice and both times were terrible. Our room keys wouldn't work, had to climb through the window(which were broken and didnt lock). Hot tub was broken, ice machines were broken, it snowed under our door, only one outlet worked, all the linens were stained, room wasnt cleaned, they didnt shovel any of the walkways when it snowed, there was mold in our bathroom. On the last night of our stay their boiler broke, cause a CO2 leak, the fire department came said we should leave for the day. The "live in manager" said everything was fine. When we got back that night our room was 56°. The front desk person said the boiler was out so we wouldn't have heat or water... they wouldnt refund our money, and we had to book 5 new rooms somewhere else. And they weren't even planning on telling anyone there was no heat or water. Id say we'll never be back, but i doubt theyll be open much longer.

hirable experience. I booked month ahead of time. hot tub was broke, last day of our 3night stay we were forced to find a new hotel due to no heat or hot water, but to top off they didn't inform any of the guests there, I had to ask. then they refused to compensate us or give us hotel vouchers for another hotel!!!! thanksgiving weekend 😢

Was forced to leave early due to the hot water and heat going out in November. Was never able to contact manager and was notified by employers 8 hrs after it happened, when i went and asked why room was cold. By this time it was 5pm already 8 hrs from home with no resources giving by hotel, just a sorry hope everything works out for you . We we compensated for are last night ,but thats it . On top of this hotel had stained lines broken doors ,hot tob wasnt woorking ,heater was having issues first two nights ,fire department showed up at 730 am for co2 leak ,we were never told anyrhing from any manger at this time. When we asked for pool towels they only provided us with 2 and said thats all we can have ,even though we had four ppl.

The HVAC unit didnt work and we couldn't get the room below 75 degrees. The room smelled musty throughout the visit. The shower/tub didn't drain properly so the tub filled up with water while showering.

Heat in room 22 did not work. Room was clean and nice just no heat and it was 34 degrees

No elevator to set the floor and no handicap bars in bathroom

Nothing like it was pictured at all. The pool was extremely dirty and the hot tub was worse. Bathtub had grime in it. I had to get my vehicle tool kit out to secure the deadbolt on the door. There were leftover food wrappers from who knows how long ago under the bed.

Check in was quick and service friendly. No heat in room (“not turned on at this time of year”) do we had to request extra blankets which we received within a few minutes of calling. Stain on my bed sheets. Older hotel in need of a lot of love. Nice breakfast (warm foods, muffins, juices and coffee, yogurt…)

We had reservations for 4 nights we got in late and stayed …. Figured we would not bother changing as we were only sleeping there…. Got back to place and the room was noisy and rattling, no one there to help!!!! Had to sleep there terrible didn’t sleep a wink. Want to cancel for next 2 nights can’t get ahold of Expedia terrible experience…. Want to check out n get money back so we can move on…. No maid service and equipment is rattling oentire units. 👎👎👎👎👎

We arrived on a day they were short staffed but the staff was awesome. The actual place was run down, room clean, a few things would help, carpet cleaner on interior steps, And a general sprucing up - fresh paint, or wall cleaning to clear the air.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. The inside pool was great and the hot breakfast was ok. Pancakes, muffins, bread for toast, breakfast muffins, Biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausages patties. Wanted to leave pictures, but website won't let me :(

Le personnel est vraiment sympa et fait de son mieux pour satisfaire le client. Le chauffage était en panne, pas moyen de changer de chambre, pas de couverture pour palier au soucis et l'on nous rétorque que compte tenu du bas prix il ne fallait pas s'attendre à plus.....d'être tolérant car la construction date ??? De plus bien que ne fonctionnant pas le système de ventilation faisait un bruit permanent et très dérangeant. C'est dommage un petit peu d'entretien aurait augmenté la note d'un motel bien équipé avec sa piscine intérieure.
