Super 8 by Wyndham Branson/Andy Williams Theater

Reservations and check in were easy. RC was very friendly and made sure we new exactly were are room was located and that juices and coffee were available 24/7. Upon entering the room we discovered it was clean but the jacuzzi tub was a lot smaller then expected.

Room was great. They didnt have breakfast because "its off season". Which one of the reasons i picked this hotel was for breakfast...

Room was very clean. Beds were great! Check in was a nightmare! The guy was very rude.i called on the way there to ask a question he was very rude on the phone and also rude to us upon arrival. When we would ask a question he was hateful like we were a big bother to him. Due to the check in process we will not go back. The lady who checked us out at 6:30 a.m. the following morning was very pleasant.

The service was hreat and very friendly. Our rm eas clean and had plenty of rm. Frig and microwave was included. The bed was a little too firm for me and the pillows were too hard. But that was the only negative. The breakfast was amazing!!

The 2 staff members who worked the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The only other staff we saw was 1 housekeeper and she never said anything. The breakfast was ok but I missed not having any fresh fruit or muffins. The room was very small and had no grab bars or any holds at all to use to help getting in/out of the shower. It made it feel very unsafe.

Check in was ran by a teenage kid. We was placed on the top floor with a group of High School kids who was all over the halls, late at night kids running up and down the halls and in and out the stair doors, called management and nothing was done, usually we don't mind but we was there on business and needed the sleep. Man over looking the breakfast kept rushing everyone and shut down the drinks before everyone was done using them. Tried to keep an open mind but the rudeness over powered it.

Said it slept 5. Most definitely did not.

Great stay staff was nice, hotel was very clean inside and out, the breakfast was terrible close to attractions

Location. Bed and pillows too hard. Dryer light too bright. Bathroom door needs wd40 Noisy people late kept us up.

Beds were not very comfortable. Everything else was ok.

Maid service only every other day. Had to request “in room coffee “ supplies every day No fresh fruit or any type of pastry at breakfast Milk served in unsanitary container Worlds smallest bar of soap - we had to go to Walmart and buy a bar of soap so we could shower Worst hotel stay ever!

Breakfast was good. Beds were clean. Need to work on AC and cooling down the entire building. Made it hard to sleep with the room not cooling down.

Though the hotel is in a great location, staff was friendly, and the hotel was quiet, the room was dirty. It seemed the bedding hadn’t been changed after the last guests left. Which was disappointing, I found hairs between the blankets and the sheet when I pulled them back to go bed on our first night. I chose to sleep on top of the blankets with the throw I brought for our long drive. There was also a musty smell to the room that aggravated my asthma and I had to ise my inhaler more than normal (which is usually emergency based) The light sockets in the room were broken, I did my best to keep them blocked from my 1.5 year old. Housekeeping didn’t come to our room on Saturday, I was hoping they would and change everything out. On Sunday they knocked on the door at 8am to come through. We did choose to check out on Sunday even though we were booked through Monday, mostly due to having breathing issues. Our stay wasn’t bad, as I said above everyone was kind and friendly and the location is great. Very close to everything we wanted to do which was awesome.

Breakfast should open at 6:00 rather than 7:00. Staff at front desk was very welcoming. Good place for a decent price.

Property is not as pictured. Outdated and nasty. Checked the beds upon arrival and found dark colored specks in both and a scab in 1. Smell of the room was terrible.

Room was clean and comfortable bed. Nothing high end. The breakfast was a disappointment. Gravy and OJ was like water.

Clean premises, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Warm breakfast, good value !

For the price I did not expect excellence. The room had potential but when entering the smell was awful like a dirty wet moldy mop. I should have asked for a different room which is my fault. I only stayed for 2 nights so I thought I could handle it with room spray. Upon seeing the nasty smears from the dirty cloths used to wipe walls and floor I went and got bleach wipes and proceeded to clean whole room, sprayed disinfectant spray and even bought a cheap oil diffuser to make it bearable. The bed was decent and the room would have been nice had the smell not over rode all that. Doors to rooms are loud so you can hear every time the rooms near you enter/leave the room. The little interaction I had with staff was decent. I don’t normally like to leave bad reviews but I hope the owner takes note and does a better job at ensuring clean mops are used to clean rooms.

Advertised as remodeled but the hotel still looks run down
