The male receptionist was a very kind and helpful person. The hotel itself is very basic, yet clean. The parking is a bit shabby. The breakfast has no healthy options and all the plates, cups, etc...are disposable. When you enter after 8.30, you might find empty pans, for the scrambled eggs they dont refill. Anyway, for the price you pay its quite ok.

It was OK

This hotel was in poor condition and was not clean. In one room, a bed had broken springs, the sink was broken, the shower was broken, and there was no phone. Our other room had a toilet that kept clogging and the room smelled terrible when we checked in. Another room had no cups, shampoo, or soap. All the rooms only had 2 towels despite having 4 people staying in them. The floors were dirty. The walls had been recently painted but it was clearly a poorly done job. The breakfast had no bread or milk both days (but had cereal and a toaster) and when asked if they were going to provide those the employees said no. The rest of the breakfast was terrible. It would be better to not offer breakfast than to set people up for an expectation and serve that. The parking lot was scary and had garbage and broken chairs, plus several people hanging out all evening and late into the night that did not make me feel safe. The fire doors were propped open (with a sign that said to keep closed) and chairs were in the stairway (fire escape). Do NOT stay here.

Good breakfast

The staff was very friendly. The room we had the sink was clogged we didn't mention it because we did not stay in the room during the day. They also only provide a set of towels for one person. But other then that it was OK

ground floor room was only perk, breakfast was poor quality. staff spoke broken English, hard to understand.

I was stressed about not being able to find something I lost. Though we enjoyed the breakfast they had. Plus the staff and other guests were calming for me, because I didn't get as much sleep as I would like.

The place is dirty, left over washrag left in the shower from previous guest/low water pressure.

When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready. They quickly assigned us another room, and when we walked in, the conditions were terrible. There was mold along the wall above the shower. The smoke detector was ripped out out of the ceiling with wires hanging from the ceiling. The window on the first floor would not lock so anybody could open it from the outside.

Staff friendly, air conditioner worked, bit noisy.

The room floors were sticky and the shower cold water knob was very tight to turn on, my wife could not turn it. The air conditioner lower temperature button was missing, the entry door stuck on a raised area in the floor, the parking lot dirty, abandoned car there. Not very professional check in! Expedia should not have them on your list. It gives you a bad mark!! Don’t stay here!!

I enjoyed it.

Lock didn’t work on door, felt unsafe, cops frequent, towels dirty. Windows on second floor open all night in hallway. Parking lot was sketchy and overgrown. Gap in door molding and could see out in hallway. Would never recommend. Room smelled stale and of urine.

The room was nice, but the property needs some updating on the outside. The place looked scary, with abandoned cars and an inconvenient parking lot. Service was great, and the breakfast was too. They even had eggs and tater tots.
