Upon arrival, we found a burn mark on the carpet and sheets, hair on the pillow, and the toilet seat was up with urine visible on the rim. The room was freezing every night. When we used the heater it would blast very hot air. So we were constantly turning it off and on. The provided breakfast was a joke. Might as well go eat somewhere else. It was grossly over priced for what the accommodations actually were. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Place was decent. Especially for the money. Bathroom a bit dark, some fixtures in br old and could use replacing. I liked that you needed to request cleaning during a multi-day stay. Breakfast was ok for the money. Bed comfortable, heater nice to control

Everything was great and what you would expect from a super 8 but we stayed for 5 days getting any sort of room service was a hassle. We didn’t even get room service once and had to get fresh towels from the front desk. It would’ve at least been nice to have shad fresh towels and trash emptied.

This Super 8 was good, nothing fancy, which is what you expect from a Super 8. The staff was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The reservation was for a King Room that “Sleeps 3” which to me implies a sleeper sofa, but there was just a small bench. We were ok since our 3rd person was my 8 year old niece but that was misleading. The property and room was clean and warm and served our needs for our 1 night stay on a ski weekend.

I've stayed here a couple times before and it was fine. This recent trip over the holiday weekend, not so great. The room we stayed in had issues with its shower. The water was not consistent. It will be either scolding hot or freezing cold while trying to shower! The toilet chain keeps breaking off so we couldn't flush unless we keep sticking our hand into the toilet reservoir to connect it. Gross! Called the front desk to have these things fix but there was no plumber available. Lastly, I think the bed had some bed bugs as I have bites on my arms the day I checked out and will not stop itching (it's been 3 weeks since I was there). I messaged the hotel for a refund or something to resolve this but no response.

If you have absolutely any sort of breathing issues don’t stay here. It smells like years of thick cigarettes. We had to sleep with the windows open to not suffocate despite it being non smoking. The walls are paper thin and both mattresses were stained and the most uncomfortable I’ve ever encountered. most of the towels are very thin from overuse and yellow. I get this is a motel but there comes a point when u need to make some basic updates and serious changes to housekeeping.

My room smelled of cleaning solution, but that was cured by airing it out with the window open (in winter). The shower never blended correctly and kept switching between cold and scaling hot. Otherwise it's a typical budget chain hotel, good for penny pinching and they do offer a continental breakfast if you're in to that. Fortunately Dillon has plenty of food options nearby.

You get what you pay for and I knew that going in. My room was clean, which is most important to me. The place is VERY dated, but is perfectly located. There is no elevator, so get used to the stairs. The shower changes temperature on a dime from cold to scalding, depending on others' water usage. Since I was traveling on a budget, this place worked fine.
