Super 8 by Wyndham Downtown Gatlinburg at Convention Center

It was HORRIBLE. The room was disgustingly dirty with poop on bathroom walls and moldy mattress. On vacation 10 hours from home and they charged my credit card when I said I wanted to pay cash. Then refund will take a week. What am I supposed to do? Out that money then had to pay for a room at another motel. Completely dissatisfied and will NEVER stay at a Motel 6 again. The woman staff was terrible. No concern. No empathy. Refused to let me talk to manager and wouldn't give me his contact information. Thank you for ruining my trip to Nashville with my 10yo.

Listing in Expedia states dogs and cats welcomed. Front desk has multiple signs saying no cats. Sooo that’s fun not getting a refund and having to get a different hotel late at night after a 12 hr drive. Don’t stay here.

Cleaning

It was only a one night stay for the price shouldn’t be the very comfortable beds, clean check in and out very easy fast breakfast needs a lot of work overall for the price you can’t beat it

Had a pool that looked nice, staff was very nice but had a broken window, very musty smell, ants all over.

Clean room clean pool ver good value for the price its not a 4 or 5 star hotel but at the price range was very nice

It worked for just the one night we needed to stay.

I was charged for a pet fee without any knowledge. The rooms said pet friendly and normally there has never been a pet fee when we stay in hotels. So I was very shocked when I seen the charge on my card and was never told I was being charged. And there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out bed. When calling the office no one answered.

We lost power in our room and with in 1/2 hour they had us in another room. Very nice staff.

The room was nice with good parking and very close to shopping, restaurants, and convention center.

Check in was great. Room was clean but the flooring definitely needs replaced and the ptac(AC unit in wall) was broke. The circuit board for the buttons was hanging off the face. Thank goodness I do this kind of thing for a living or it would have been a miserable night sleeping. Breakfast was kid friendly and that's a plus. The parking lot was a little small. It would probably be smart to have slanted spots not normal do to the size.

Nice place in the center of Gatlinburg. Good price.

We found pest in the room we were staying,,,no support after stay

We ended uo not staying an getting another room somewhere else. The room was not what was expected or pictures looked like, it was very musky, dark,outdated. I stayed at the Super 8 in Pigeon Forge an was excellent. So if anyway i can be refunded it would be great if not lesson learned. I Never had any problems with Hotels. Com always satisfied.

i booked for $51 dollars per night when i arrived was told it was a $30 per night pet fee......i was not happy... after a 6 hr drive i wanted shower before dinner after about 1 min in shower water stopped!!! i went to office told lady i had no water i was told maintenance was called

Place was clean and help was friendly and answered any questions I had.

Great place to stay and easy to parking.

Very clean and pet friendly and walkable to the Gatlinburg strip was very pleased with this place
