Clean room, all room perks worked well. Quiet. Well-lit parking lot. Hot breakfast with good variety. Staff polite and professional. If I need to visit this area in the future this is my place to stay.

My sheets wasnt clean and the floor was nasty. Besides that it was an ok hotel, friendly staffs and the breakfast was ok. I would stay again if im ever there.

The place was musty smelling when we first got there. It needs new carpet and new bed covering and my grandson’s room had bugs in his room so they didn’t even stay

All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast bar was good.
Overall, I was very pleased with the 2 day stay.
I would recommend to others and will return here again when back in the area.

Air conditioner didn’t work! Ask associate , she came to assist, but the air got extremely warmer an hour later. :(

I called the hotel after I realized I had left a travel bag in the parking lot. I called and asked them to check a specific area. They checked and told me it wasn’t there. I drove back to the hotel and while driving called and asked them to check again as I was certain I left it there. They again said it wasn’t. I assumed it was taken by a random passersby but wanted to check anyway.
It was exactly where I had left it. I was very surprised, happy and angry at the same time. I had a lot of very important items in that bag and was really worried it was gone. I do not believe anyone looked.
Besides this, I went to the desk through out my stay and had to use the phone at the front desk every time to call someone up and it took over 10 minutes one of the times. Other guests were wanting assistance as well and mentioned issues similar.
When I checked in I was greeted by a very nice lady who was so helpful and had a wonderful personality.
It wasn’t all bad.
