I never even stayed this time. And you guys are my favorites. Refund, please?

Way too noisy

Everything was pretty dirty, the sheets, the walls. When my key stopped working, a 7 or 8 year old kid in his pajamas was the one who came to the front desk to reprogram it. Bizarre.

Towels wasn’t clean

The room had a odor , the fridge smelt like something was died in it , the tv had one channel the remote didn’t work , there was no water pressure in the shower, the shower head was grimy tub was cracked with some kind of epoxy on it , turn on the ac it had some odor coming from it , found mouse traps in the room there were marks all over and holes in the walls when I requested a room the guy at the front desk told me they were sold out then he looked and said oh , I have one room in back , after I had to demand a room down stairs, I wouldn’t recommend this place

Management and Staff treat you good. I highly recommend staying there.

You get what you pay for. The beds looked clean however there was no smoke detector it was ripped off the wall it looked like the rooms smelt horrible like smoke the ceiling looked like it needed repair. The bathtub and sink was full of rust damage. The door had a huge crack between the door and the frame it was hard to lock the door. Had I not drove 12 hours and thought I could make it further I would have left.

Everything was correct

The room was very chilly when I checked in and during the night the lights stopped working but luckily the heat still worked.

No hot water

Stay was good just couldn’t use the shower as there were red stains on the shower but the shower head was also full of mold

We stayed 2 nights, management were friendly and absolutely accommodated us in anyway we needed! We never had hot water and our microwave didn't work, but other than that we enjoyed our stay! Thank you for having us!

There was roaches all over the place

Cockroaches and the bathroom door didn't work. Only two towels for a reservation of 4.

Room was infested with cockroaches, the water in the bathroom was tepid, and bathroom wasn’t cleaned before I arrived (shower covered in hair)

I have learned to read the reviews on Google for opinions. I take them with a grain of salt. But, for a 2 star hotel it was good review after good review. All I need is a good mattress, a clean floor AND a genuine handicap accessible bathroom. Man, oh man! They met ALL OF THOSE! That bathroom was big, sparkling, and those towels?? I took a shower just to use them!! The front staff were very nice. I will definitely stay with them in the future with my little dog again. Thank you!!!
