Handicap parking was very convenient.

Online, the room looked okay, but in person, it was a complete disaster. The vanity sink was clogged, and you could see all the gross buildup. There was even what looked like blood on the bathroom switch. The tub had a chunk of fiberglass missing, and the added security latch on the main door was missing. The joining room door had a deadbolt held in with toilet paper, presumably to prevent it from jiggling. There were four holes on the top of the door, where an old hydraulic arm was for the door swing control, but it was missing. And the four holes were directly looking into the room. Granted, you’d have to be very tall to see, but it was still a safety hazard. The mini fridge didn’t work, and there was PVC coming from the ground with wiring wrapped around it and electrical tape securing the wires. The curtains on the exterior windows didn’t close all the way, and I had to manipulate them to ensure there were no gaps looking into my room. I only had one trash bag, in one can, in the room, so I had to ask them for more to properly dispose of the trash. The WiFi was terrible, and the cable box was hanging from the wall, with wires going all over the place. It was a safety hazard if you had children running around. The only positive aspect was that the AC worked, the water was hot, and the front desk staff were okay. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.

I pre-checked in online, but had to check in all over again. The lobby had flys flying around, and even a dead fly lying on the check-in counter. The bedspreads had stains, and the hotel advertised as smoke-free, but the hallways, and our room smelled of cigarette smoke. Windows were so dirty we couldnt hardly see out of them.

They accepted us having our dog and was responsibly priced. Also liked how close to the freeway it was

Staff is phenomenal

The lady that checked us in she deserves a 5 star rating but I feel sad that my overall experience at this property is close to be the worst. Our room smelled so bad where I had to put a cover over my head. I couldn’t even breathe how bad it was. It was early in the morning after long drive with my daughter but the lady at the front was such a sweet girl and I didn’t want to bother her ! I woke up at 4 am 430 am and 530 am to grasp some air. Next morning I requested a different room and some lady manager in what it looks like her 40’s gave me an attitude like no one in a long time. I said I am only requesting a new room cause I can’t stay here for two more days. Plus the nice girl who checked me in if there is anything with the room they will put us in a new room. This lady started throwing rules at me like I was her employee ! She was rude and unprofessional I wanted to leave immediately! She told me how I am not GM nor the young lady that worked there. Telling me she had to inspect the room to make that decision! I said this is not about you, this about me and my breathing of urine all night long. Either you put me in a different room or I am leaving. She continued with her insults that were so disrespectful! Eventually I got the new room and it wasn’t that much better but my daughter just finished her training and was to tired to move. I am just greatful that Expedia cares about their clients and they always take care of us in dealing with places like this. Thank you Exp.

To start off, we got there a little early and was told it would be $35 to check in early. That is outrageous. Totally ridiculous. When we did check in, I asked if there was any bottled water available and they said in the vending machine I went to the vending machine and the vending machine was totally out. I come back and I said OK the vending machines out and they say I think we have some and then about 15 minutes later to come back and said no we don’t have any no bottle of water and it’s 100° out then when we seen the people the housekeepers cleaning the rooms I’m not so sure they were old enough to be working and they looked so tired and that it was kind of scary lastly I noticed the smoke detector in our room. I noticed that this morning before we checked out that it didn’t seem to be working most most all the smoke detectors I’ve ever seen have a red blinking light that blanks every so often to let you know that it’s working this one I watched for over 30 minutes and it didn’t work so when I took the keys down and we checked out I let the person behind the desk know that it didn’t seem to be working

Was horrible, so dirty and gross we ended up going somewhere else

This place was awful. Walked in thought it was bad then got to the room and it was disgusting. We decided to not even stay there. We got a room somewhere else because of the smell and the weird people that were there. So uncomfortable and horrible

Everything was just ok. The trash at the rear entry was full all week the spa pool was in serious need of restoration and resurfacing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but we had to immediately change rooms because the sink faucet was not attached, the Directv I. Our room was out from. Everyone at the front desk was super nice and friendly approximately 8pm until around noon the next day, When I called the front desk that night they said they would check into it and “call you right…” never did I told the person at the desk the next morning, I think it was the manager, and within a couple of hours it was fixed. It was very affordable just don’t drop anything under the bed, they don’t clean under the bed? It’s f your looking for a good place with ok services a great price this is an ok place! The front desk staff is great very friendly and helpful as they could be. The only issue was not getting a call back on the TV issue. But the front desk was great

I stayed for a week. Gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating. Some bed size discrepancies from 3rd party bookings were made but he went above and beyond to take care of me. Kept me in the same room. Five stars for him. On the other hand, The female at the front desk said that my room wasn’t serviced after 3 three requests was made because her co worker didn’t take an incidental deposit from me upon arrival. Why say yes to room cleaning and not provide the service to your guests is beyond me.

I thought the place is a dump, dirty, smelly, looks like someone tried to rip the keypad off the door, the adjacent door in the room had tissue paper stuffed in it. The room was disgusting, dirty, and smelly! The "continental breakfast" was a joke, one kind of milk, no toast, no butter, no danish, no fruit, the make your own waffle station was extremely diry, there was little to no batter and the syrup was everywhere! You could hear all the noise from upstairs till 3:30am!! I will never stay here again and i will tell everyone to stay away!

This place was absolutely disgusting there were piss and blood stains all over the bed and sheets mold all over in the bathroom and in the pool and spa. Beds were super uncomfortable they were also full beds not queens. This was a terrible experience and we will never be back

Very bad smell as soon as you walk in close to the entrance of the pool (so never went inside to use it). Room had lots of things damaged and in poor condition as in drainage in shower bad, broken drawers, sink countertop away from wall... their policy stated clean every 3 days. after 3rd day i asked for fresh sheets and towels .. 5th day they emptied some of the trash and brought new towels overall i asked every day for fresh sheets and they were never changed during my 7 night stay! Breakfast always missing something/running out of things..and noone helps.
