The hotel is slightly better than an average motel 8, but…. The staff declared a chemical war on clients. If you have no breathing problems and okay with your clothes smell like India of choice.. and run quickly to open windows (hopefully the lock on them is broken)

It wasn’t clean it smelled when I came in only stayed cuz my kids like the pool and hot tub

My husband just stayed here for work for a week and now he’s covered in bed bug bites, his room didn’t get cleaned a single time he was there in the whole WEEK, and half the stuff in his room didn’t work right. Very very unhappy with this experience.

Right outside our door was a cockroach!!! My husband had to kill it.. the hotel looks very run down and unkept

We really enjoyed our stay here...the staff were extremely helpful and friendly...always accommodating to any questions we had and housekeeping lady was extremely helpful and gave us fresh towels and sheets everyday that we needed them. .over all we will be BK super 8 thx for the stay....

The location worked great for our travels. The water was hot and the bed comfortable. The shower walls had dirty hand prints from the previous tenants. Good value for the price.

Our experience with this hotel was the worst i have ever had at a super 8. The whole floor was supposed to be non smoking but the people next-door we’re smoking in their bathroom and it was coming through the bathroom vents into our bathroom, When we went to speak to the front desk about it, the front desk attendant did nothing to Remedy the situation. He came to smell our room and bathroom, established there was a cigarette smell and did nothing. I had to go back up to the desk and ask for air freshener due to the smell making me sick. He handed me an empty bottle of febreeze and offered no other assistance. I went back the next day with the same complaint and he again offered me no solution. I asked for a number for corporate or a general manager and he refused to provide any information for either. He stated he would have his manager get in contact with us when they got in and we never heard anything from anyone. Our stay was from Wednesday to Saturday. I explained to him that his customer service was awful and that he should have done something to accommodate us. He then told me ,” well I was going to offer to switch you rooms but you asked for air freshener so I figured everything was okay.” I also would like to comment on the fact the hotel room was covered in black mold. It was around the windows and air conditioning unit, on the curtains and on the ceiling above the shower. When this was brought to his attention , he again offered no solution.

Not worth the $. Room was dirty, crumbs on carpet. Wrinkled dingy sheets. Cracks in bathroom wall. It was apparent that folks were living in several 1st floor rooms, with their doors open. Hotel website says free continental breakfast with picture of dining room with normal variety of choices on counters. What we got was a small paper sack (smaller than normal lunch bag) with a small yogurt, muffin & small bottle of juice. Desk clerk was not friendly; commented that we came very late (well before check in time ended). The next morning he said I looked tired. Person checking out before us asked why dining room was closed (doors were shut with sign to go to desk for breakfast). He was told there was no dining room but was given a small sack. I couldn't help laughing at this but asked the clerk for our breakfast. He walked away, saying nothing. After some time, he came back carrying a case of yogurts, clearly irritated that he had to open it. He packed our little sacks and set them on counter. We've told several friends about the odd to-go sack breakfast and it gets many laughs. It was memorable but offering no breakfast would be better. We could have then at least planned to find a restaurant.

Found a roach in my designated room and was told I couldn’t get a refund and was offered a lower graded room then what I originally paid for

This place didn’t feel clean. Our bed sheets had a tear in it. Very outdated

I had a hard time trying to find it replace is all Hotel is all smelly. By far, this was not upscale hotel. It was a low scale hotel. I felt like I was with the homeless people..

No problem to check out an hour later as usual without additional fees

Our room had small bugs flying around along with a strange odor. We were in town for a music event just down the road and didn’t want to have to drive far so this was convenient but couldn’t wait to go home.

In all my 60 years of hotel travel-this was the WORST!!! Stay away! room not ready despite verifying that morning given room that was full of garbage requested a new room, took 20 minutes to find one new room smelled like septic and bugs everywhere Hotels.com should terminate association with this hotel!
