The good— Not much really The bad— Greeted by a person who dont like her job. In bad shape, many things are broken or damaged, is it so hard ro change a 75 cents light bulb? Breakfast ONLY has waffles juice and coffee….but it was good. The ugly— Right next to highway and very VERY noisy.

I don't expect much for a budget hotel but a door handle falling off, and shower head that doesnt flow and making a reoort to the front desk of potential domestic abuse throught the night and their response was "sorry" and shrugged it off. Well that tells you how important customer service is to them.

The property is very old and in dire need of renovation. The carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years, and the floor creaks everywhere. Breakfast is almost non-existent, there's coffee and pancakes, nothing else. It would be better if it were announced that there's no breakfast. The rooms at the back, like mine, overlook a truck stop, and there were trucks maneuvering past my window all the time. On the plus side, I would highlight the hot water, the TV that worked perfectly, and the staff, who are helpful and nice. If you're with a family, or even a couple, I wouldn't recommend it. If you're alone, a few nights, it's okay.

The property could use some upgrades here and there. Nettie was a great help I’m handicap and had a lot of to carry in and out of the car. Nettie was nice enough to help me with getting my things and helping me to the room.
