A few bugs dead and alive

I was only in town for 1 night, but this hotel was great. It does look dated from the outside but the rooms are modern and very clean. The walk in shower was very spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will definately stay here again.

Decent place

The room was clean, staff was nice, breakfast was ok. Room had a weird smell but bought some spray and all was well.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was extremely clean and updated with very modern amenities. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was in a very convenient location with very minimal road noise. Overall great experience

Our stay wasn't bad for the price. It was updated, but the updates seemed to have been done cheaply but I might see it different than others since I've been involved in remodeling and construction. Breakfast wasn't bad for being free. Of course nothing freshly made. But they had a variety and it changed each day. Most staff barely spoke English but seemed friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. Plenty of space for them to add a pool to possibly attract more business. That seemed to be the only downfall but we knew that when booking and didn't think we'd have time to use it, but we did. Overall I'd stay somewhere else, but my husband said it was fine even though he wouldn't eat the food.

There is absolutely no cell service period the employees and the owner act like you are a criminal the entire time and often try to stare into your room.When you check out they often try to hover around those that are checking out to see if they can try to get you on something to fine you for

Staff was polite and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean and fresh. Easy access to property walkable to all our destinations. Very enjoyable stay. Will stay here on future visit to Pigeon Forge.

The management was very kind and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. Clean and plenty of towels. The kitchenette had a refrigerator with an upper separate freezer!

The only complaint i have is that there wasnt enogh food for everyone in the mornings.

Normally don’t do reviews but this experience was so bad I felt the need to communicate it. We arrived to the hotel to be checked in which went relatively smoothly. Upon arriving to our room, we found that the room was filthy. There was dried urine and hair all over the toilet, the shower was filthy, hair all in the sink, stuff all over the floor, comforter had stains on it. There was even a key left in the room from where the previous people who had stayed had left the key which indicated to me that the room had not been cleaned. This was communicated to the person at the desk immediately who apologized but offered nothing other than a different room on the total other end of the hotel. We moved there and had a decent first night. The next morning, we asked for a toothbrush and were told they had given them all away, then after this the keys did not work for the room. I went to the desk to have new keys issued and waited a very long time to be helped as the lady working the desk took forever to sign one person in that was in front of me. She then spoke to me like I was stupid, saying it probably wasn’t the right key. I informed her it had been working just fine up until that morning. Following getting new keys, we left for the day. On arrival that evening, we found that housekeeping had yet to come in the room and provide new towels. My wife went to the desk at that point and requested that a manager contact us. We were told one would but never received any communication.

This was a last minute stay. The check in lady was very sweet and the room was very clean and we just loved it. There was a hot plate, microwave and a very decent sized fridge and freezer also. No complaints at all. We will stay again.
