Great stay! Staff is friendly, breakfast was quick & hot, bed was awesome! Thanks for the ADA room..much appreciated.

We stayed a few years ago and had an excellent stay. We were sorely disappointed this time. We will not stay again. The facility is very worn down. From the time we walked in to when we walked in into our room. It has not been taken care of.

Needs some work!!!

Loved the convience of the location, room was clean and quit.

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament. In the morning, about 2 hours before checkout housekeeping came into our room without knocking. I told them we would not be leaving before 11

When we arrived at the hotel, they did not have our reservation. They said it was not confirmed by hotels.com. They were booked so we thought we did not have a room. The front desk supervisor was helpful and that she managed to rearrange and supply a room for us. However, we ended up paying over $100 more for the weekend than we had originally booked. When I contacted hotels.com I was told that I will need to communicate directly with the hotel in a couple of days. Very disappointed because I’ve been using This app for many years.

The beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly

This property was next to a Panda Express and that was the highlight of the stay. The property is very dated and very dark. Looks like a minor cosmetic update has been done to the soft furnishings but you can't escape the age of the place. Staff were really nice and the breakfast was pretty good too but sleep quality was terrible. Old AC unit kept cycling on and off with a lot of fanfare, so too the old bar fridge. Shower is inside a very very slippery bath meaning a step in over several inches of bath side. Also the bath was slow to drain meaning by the end of the shower you're ankle deep in water. Overpriced for what you get.

The price was fair and overall this was a great hotel! The pool and hot tub were also welcoming after our drive there. We had a room that had a connecting door and could hear everything from the neighbors next door which wasn't ideal.

Neighbors beside and below . Very noisy ! Had to complain multiple times. Could’ve slept better in my car and a lot cheaper

For $190 a night I would expect to be able to take a shower without scalding hot or freezing cold water. Front desk gals were awesome but unfortunately we won’t be coming back.

Staff was very accomodating and super friendly. Loved this location to restaurants around this area. Would stay here again on a return trip to Billings, Montana.

Right on the main strip for food & gas. Walmart close by. Very quiet!
