Beautiful hotel, very clean, concierge staff very helpful and friendly, Sharon and Joe at the bar were very incredibly friendly and managed the bar very well. Drinks were excellent! I was able to change my room due to an issue with the air conditioner and the process was seamless. I ended up staying an additional night. Highly recommend this hotel. Gorgeous property!

Stayed for a wedding and had a great time the bartender was great too

We went here to celebrate our anniversary. My wife and I really loved the hotel and the breakfast was amazing! We plan to visit again

Easy check in/ check out. Conveniently located near restaurants shopping centers and mall. Very clean facilities and friendly staff.

Everything was great

Nice comfy beds and great location

The decor and the property were beautiful. The staff was very likeable especially in the restaurants. We could not sign into the WiFi even though it had our name and room number, it would not recognize it. There was a drilling sound we heard from our room both nights including early in the morning on Sunday. I purchase a charcuterie board from the Starbucks and the sticks were stale and the cheese not fresh. My husband got a chicken wrap and it was a chicken spread, not real chicken. I got a tuna bowl at the bar and many of the ingredients were not fresh. The waitress in the restaurant was lovely, and the restaurant was very comfortable.

It was meh. They had a conference taking place in the area and I got to learn how thin the walls were. With screaming groups partying in the room above me until 1am, was disappointed the quite hours listed all around the hotel weren't actually a thing, as it's often why I book these kinds of hotels.

The hotel itself is wonderful - location, amenities, rooms - everything met our expectations. The property is clean, there is plenty of parking and the lobby has a nice sitting area and the bar. Location is just perfect with easy access to everything to might need in the King of Prussia area. However, the hotel is severely understaffed, and the staff on premises was not knowledgeable and/or well trained and they would provide conflicting information. The Hilton Honors app was useless for check in - rooms were not ready, check in was not showing in the hotel system, digital keys were not working as they were supposed to. The Hammer and Fire restaurant had the weirdest way of serving the food - the entire order was brought out all at once (the appetizers, salads and main course). Overall, we were happy with our stay, however, there are things that hotel needs to address to make it more appealing for customers that value service.

The property was very nice and welcoming! The cookies they gave out at check-in were so delicious! The bartenders certainly couldn’t handle the large crowd they had (basketball tournament weekend) and had bad attitudes for sure. Other than that, everything else was nice!

The property is still under some level of renovation and left a layer of dust on everything in our room. Otherwise, lobby was great - super updated - and the manager was soooo nice!

They where doing some construction in the building that was loud at 6:00 am

got checked into the wrong room... got switched ... it happens... my new room was clean but people could look into my room on 4th floor from a hill outside .... I had no solid curtains able to be closed from seeing in just see thru curtains .......no big deal I'm not shy.... ordered bulgogi tacos from the hotel restaurant...... I ate them but definitely not even close to any bulgogi I've ever had..... was in country and have Asian friends who make it.... was looking forward to a nice hot shower but warm was about it.... whoever built the shower needs to look at access to turning the shower on...... thought for the money and the Hilton name it would have been better...

The front desk staff is great, and Sharon behind the bar was wonderful. Unfortunately we had an issue with our internet that was never resolved but otherwise our stay was great. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
