위치도 괜찮고, 객실에 마이크로웨이브가 좋았어요. 타월도 충분히 주시고 불편함없이 잘 지냈습니다. 아침 7~10시까지 로비층에 커피와 차를 마실 수 있게해서 도움이 됐어요. 첫 날, 늦게 일어나 커피를 못마셔서 안타까웠는데, 종업원이 직원들 먹을 따듯한 물과 차까지 주셔서 감동받았네요.

타임스퀘어, 엠파이어, 센트럴파크 도보로 방문 가능할 정도로 좋은 위치에 소재함

Pleasant experience with the hotel staff. They’re very helpful. The hotel is a great spot. Will definitely coming back.

We were shocked by how dirty our room and bathroom were when we arrived. There was a lot of hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower and red spatters in the toilet. The secondary shower head was covered in mold. Most of the surfaces in the room were dirty and the chair had crumbs all over it. After checking in, we called down to ask if they could clean the bathroom while we went out. When we returned, there was still a bunch of hair on the bathroom floor and shower and red spatters in the toilet, but they had put cleaner in the toilet bowl. I’m concerned this means that this indicates that this wasn’t a one off, but that the hotel’s sanitary standards are low. Luckily the beds were clean, but we had to go out and get Lysol wipes to clean all the surfaces. Alf of the fixtures were old. Chipped wallpaper, towels and curtains coming apart, and the toilet creaked and shook when you sat on it, making you worry that it would break. The folks at reception desk always seemed to be annoyed when we talked with them, even at check in. And there was a surprise $45 charge on check out. Great location, but the cleanliness really destracted from our trip.

Convenient and clean but the bed had a huge lump and the bedside tables did not have enough electrical outlets.

Everything was awesome

The only complaint is the struggle getting down and up the elevator. Even with the extra elevators it’s a long wait to go up or down. Staff was nice and room was clean.

Clean room and convenient location. We took advantage of the luggage storage service, too, which was great. Beds were comfortable. The only thing that was less than optimal was our TV which we could not get to work properly. However, we never reported it, so that's on us. We had so much to do and see we really didn't miss it.

Bugs in first room I got. Tons of ants on sink. Insects on tub. Switched to better room. Pillows uncomfortable. A/C not cold. Want refund. Vending machine not properly stocked. Would never stay here again.

Horrible service. I never write reviews but this time i had too. I arrived at noon from my 9hr flight very sick. They said that no rooms were available until 4pm. So i waited and when i went and asked an hour later they are like if you pay 100$ we can get you a room now. Later I called for water they said they could not deliver water. When i asked the next day for a taxi instead of sending me a regular cab they booked a private driver for 100$ to LGA. Better hotels for the same price with decent service!

We have stayed at the Belvedere many times over the years. We were a bit less impressed this time. The room carpeting had been removed in favor of a hard surface. While we appreciate that that is probably more hygienic and easier to clean, it felt "cold" or "sterile." There was also a window A/C unit that ran much of the time. Not a huge problem, but noisy and not as comfortable as a unit controlled by a wall thermostat. We also like black out shades, and this room for some reason had blinds. The room could also have used a chair in the corner for TV viewing instead of just the bed and the desk chair. Shower gel, shampoo, etc. are now in squeeze bottles affixed to the wall, but A) our shower gel was almost empty and we had to prompt the front desk to send up a new one, and B) they were very difficult to squeeze in order to get something to come out. I imagine older adults might have trouble using those. I found hair on my (supposedly clean) sheets before getting in bed, and found the same sort of hair in the (supposedly clean) shower before getting in. The shower faucet was weird, in that it defaulted to the shower wand, so that when turning on the shower, wand sprayed water all over the bathroom. We were checked in by Charles, who was lovely- friendly, attentive, and accommodating. All staff with whom we interacted were wonderful!
