I was very pleased with this hotel. The rooms were a little dated but comfortable. What made me like this hotel was one particular host. This gentleman was nice, pleasant, funny, and full of energy. Great Guy.

Very friendly staff

Cheap affordable stay. Not a hotel to impress anyone. Good place for a quick night.

The room was spacious, but the heater unit in the room made lot of noise which made it difficult to sleep. The neighbors were quite noisy and stayed up late at night partying in the rooms. Breakfast was excellent.

Our first room had a non working deadbolt. They did change our room, no problem. But the couple above us played music and were up until 4:30 a.m. couldn’t sleep.

Great location for our trip and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were there for three nights. Helen went out of her way to help us with a few items and even let us get a glass of juice in the evening that is usually available for breakfast. Easy to get in and out of property. Enjoyed the stay.

We went to get into bed and found a huge stain on the sheets. Was moved to another room only to find it also unclean.

The Boston Hotel is my go to motel when spending an overnight for Boston College Football games and other school events. Affordable and right on the T Green B Line Train as well as close to the school and then downtown Boston via the T. Amazing and thoughtful staff headed by Helen on the night shift. The place is clean and offers breakfast in the AM. While not the lap of luxury, who needs that when you just need a place to lay your head at night that is affordable and that has a staff that cares about your stay, plus there is parking if you need it. Just park in front of your room and walk in without hassling with elevators or other guests. Make your reservation and give it a try for a clean and comfortable stay without all the frills except for a good night sleep, a friendly staff and good breakfast and coffee near BC and Boston without breaking the piggy bank to stay there. Spend your money at great restaurants in the North End or South Boston or elsewhere like I do instead of on expensive hotels and don’t forgot to tip the help staff for having your place ready for you upon arrival, etc. “For Boston. For Boston. We sing our proud reframe!” Enjoy your stay!

Hey i have been to a couple hotels , this one was a last minute and I am grateful it worked out. First I’ll suggest they add on Expedia / PAID PARKING- PARKING $$ FEE to warn us. I saw parking available and went in they asking 25$ I was surprised cause that’s main reason we wanted to go there. Owner was great to give us a good will discount. But for the price we end up paying in total really disappointed. 1- tv no control 2- bathroom toilets paper broke 3- water system mid can be better but with all the room I understand. But this would not be a big deal cause motel or 2-stars hotels or 3 stars have had worst. The main thing that gets me is the Breakfast include CONTINENTAL —- after a bad day or night or whatever BREAKFAST is the most important food of the day despite if it’s free or pay. Personally I didn’t like the offers at all maybe it was my time there but anyways. With all that I’ll say a 5,6/10. Will double check before booking. Ps: isolation in door isn’t the best if you go in winter you will need to heat up the place really good…

Property was aging and far less appealing than the pictures. It wasn't somewhere you wanted to spend time unless you had to be there,

Staff was very friendly, and the hotel is right by the T which is very convenient. There’s a ton of places nearby to get food, shop, or buy basic necessities, and the area is nice as well. The room was lovely and everything was clean.

The rooms are clean, its great for a quick visit to our daughter. T stop is right outside. Price is right. Its a little bit of an older hotel but i would stay again.

Keith and the rest of the staff were spectacular. Almost a month in Boston and it was one of my favorite stops so far. My kind of place and my kind of people.

The radiator makes sleeping a challenge for a light sleeper like me. I would have appreciated the use of fabric softener on the towels, as I have sensitive skin. Breakfast selection could be better, especially the bread ( only white) .

Bad experience overall. No hot water.
