The Constance by the Lenox Collection

This inn is located in a very convenient location to the town center where there are numerous boutique shops. The inn itself is quiet, clean, and safe, with a small 24-hour open dining room with a coffee station that offers Green Mountain coffee pods, and pop-corn and cracker snacks. The stay includes a breakfast that consists of cold items -- cereals, yogurt, croissants, hard-boiled eggs, etc. But the town center is but a stone's throw away with a few excellent locations for a full breakfast.

The Constance is so cute! We loved the aesthetic of the building and its proximity to town. We were able to walk to dinner, and Lenox is full of great food spots. The room itself was a great size, with beautiful green walls and old wooden furniture. The shower was to die for and I loved how they had Roku set up in the hotel room where you can sign into your own accounts and they would wipe your account from the tv when you left. Overall a great place, I would love to go back when it’s not the off season for the Berkshires.

Our one night at The Constance recently (February 2025), was fantastic! The inn is warm and welcoming, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with lots of vintage charm and all the comfy, modern conveniences one would expect. We absolutely loved it! Each staff member we had contact with (Logan, Brenda and Stacy) was professional and friendly. Communication was efficient and timely. As we were in Lenox off-season, the inn was exceptionally quiet, with only two other rooms booked during our one-night stay. We got to meet the other guests in the dining area after dinner, and stayed chatting with them long into the evening. The inn offered free snacks (small bags of pretzels, chips, trail mix, etc), fresh fruit (apples), granola bars, super-cute hot chocolate bar, tea and coffee, all self-serve, 24 hours a day! In our room, a beautiful glass decanter was filled with water along with two drinking glasses. An elegant touch! We really appreciated the Eco-friendly liquid soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner dispensers, and each product had a beautiful scent and felt luxurious. The continental breakfast was fresh and beautifully presented (self-serve) in the dining area from 7:00 am - 9:00 am: hard boiled eggs, bagels, (gluten-free bagels as well), croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, orange and cranberry juice, tea, coffee. Delicious! Plenty to do in the area, within walking distance of the inn. Can't wait to return! Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Constance location which was gorgeous, inside and out. Having never stayed at a bed and breakfast, we weren't too sure what to expect but it was the perfect vibe for the town/trip. This was a great, little New England getaway for a few days. It felt like a Hallmark movie or something.

The staff here is truly concerned about there customers. Everything is in place when you arrive, . Our room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you to all for making our stay a great experience.

The Constance was beautiful! The staff person on site was so helpful and gave us a lot of great history of the Lenox Collection. I loved the complimentary snacks offered as well as the continental breakfast. The only thing that didn’t make our stay perfect was that the door that led outside onto the back porch area didn’t lock completely. It wasn’t too much of a big deal because we didn’t feel unsafe or anything but it’s always nice to have peace of mind when you are staying somewhere new. Other the that, our overnight stay was perfect!!

Incredibly helpful staff. The room we had was very comfortable. The access to downtown restaurants and shops was exactly what we wanted. Even with cold weather, we were able to walk everywhere we want to go. We will definitely be looking at staying at the Constance again when we travel to the Berkshires.

It was warm in our room but freezing in the rest of the building. Breakfast was terrible: old croissants, no espresso. Pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom was freezing.

It was amazing! The staff was incredible, the room was very clean and cozy, and overall was a great place to stay. Loved it here!

Cute hotel in a beautiful town. Convenient location.

This inn was absolutely perfect. The quintessential New England inn set right in downtown Lenox made for a perfect winter getaway. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

Room was very cold and restaurant was not open for the season. The staff was exceptionally nice though.

Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Clean and quiet, I’ll be staying here again soon for sure
