Check in was great, easy, and very informative; I forget the name of the girl who helped us.
The server in the skybar was awesome and friendly, she offered a great customer service. Not so happy with the bartender; blond, fit guy with a beard. Earlier I had a few drinks at the bar and, for some reason, he decide to include the service fee to my check although I was only one person; I understand you usually add this to bigger parties. Maybe because I shared I was from another country, not sure I still left more a little more tips on top of what he added.
Our server Erin for breakfast was awesome, very helpful, friendly, and efficient.
I hope this is helpful; this is my third time in this hotel and I always have a good time.

This property is absolutely stunning and one of a kind! it was a little difficult to find, as I didn't realize it was on top of a hill, but certainly a hidden gym! The building is very well kept and staff is exceptionally friendly... looking forward to my Ghost tour later tonight! I was a little surprised that there were so many children running around the lobby since it is an older resort and spa without much for kids, but I am thinking that may be due to the ghost tours.

Great experience, we had a great time, the midnight ghost hunting tour was an incredible experience even though we didn’t get a ton of activity, our tour guide was very friendly and informative. The hotel is a beautiful structure and deserves to be admired.
More ghost hunting toys would be more fun!
We couldn’t find the cornerstone

I was here for my cousins wedding and had a great time! If you love or enjoy haunted places and want to have a fun time also this is a must! The ghost tour was spectacular as well!
If you sleep with a certain type of pillow to help your neck I recommend taking it but otherwise the bed was totally good. Super awesome how they have beeen able to keep such an old building renovated and running. Takes work and they put in the grind. The staff is spectacular and will take very good care of you! Loved our stay!

I have been here before, but have never stayed the night. The staff was all above-normally WONDERFUL. Steven and Gavin were particularly great, and so was our waitress at the 4th Floor pizza restaurant. We also loved our driver - we would simply call the hotel and they would pick us up downtown. The hotel is amazing, quiet, safe, and very charming. The shower water temp was iffy, but it’s not a complaint because it is a bldg from 1886. Be sure and go on the ghost tour!

I loved the view of nature from the hotel, but for he price the room was tiny and in bad condition. The elevator was so old it stopped working sometimes. I know it’s a historic site but it should be updated when charging high prices.
