The Delaney Hotel

Beautifully appointed rooms, very spacious and with the usual amenities. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was particularly appreciated. No more wasted little bars! My only quibbles were that the shower ledge leaked a ton of water into the bathroom, and the room entryways aren’t sound proofed. When a neighbor entered their room, it sounded like they were coming into ours.

Second time in this hidden gem!

Near a hospital so helicopters fly nearby. Everything else is exceptional.

Excellent hotel with clean, comfy and contemporary rooms. Parking garage behind the hotel has free parking which is meaningful in this area. Bar/restaurant is also excellent. Really enjoyed my stay and will be back when in Orlando.

Is a beautiful hotel very unique.

Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper. I find it quite odd that this hotel has such good reviews. There are several issues with this hotel. 1) it is super loud! This is a 3 story hotel and it is on a very busy street. There are big rigs going by all night and you can hear everything. 2) The doors slam super loudly. I measured it at 85db from two feet away, closed on its own without pushing. 85db is quite loud and you can hear other people’s doors eveytime they are closed. 3) the walls are paper thin so if you have a neighbor coughing all night long, you will hear it. I know from experience. 4) They are so cheap with the toiletries and the toilet paper might as well be sandpaper. 5) there is no note paper or pens in the room and a bottled water in the rooms would be nice 6) There are no signs on Orange Ave telling you to drive behind the building and go around the parking garage to find the lobby, so you will probably have to make a lap around the block to figure out where to go. 6) there is very little water pressure, but that is not a huge deal for me. All of these issues convey that this place is a super cheap, slapped together build.

Nice property, clean rooms, close to downtown. Will stay here again.

Great room, comfy bed, excellent food in the restaurant

Hated the television set up,we was so miserable. We bought wings at restaurant was so salty. Would not go back.

We stayed at this hotel for a duration of 7 days, and we have no complaints. It's in a very convenient location which makes transportation very easy. The staff was amazing, very helpful. The food at the delaney's tavern is very delicious. Overall service was a 10 out of 10.

It was very clean and quiet. Not the most comfortable pillows but overall a nice place to stay.

Nice boutique hotel.

The hotel is centrally located but in a weird neighborhood - opposite a large hospital, hood adjacent, but near some posh areas of downtown. Hotel is overpriced considering.

The front desk associates were amazing and friendly. Bartender was nice. Had a drink and an appetizer and loved that I could take my drink up to my room. Would come back again! In a nice part of downtown away from Disney and all the hustle.

Easy access in and out of the property. Staff was super friendly. Bar area was nice and outside seating. Room was fully equipped with every amenity. Art decor was tasteful throughout. The one thing to improve would be the signage in the hallways to be well lit or a different contrast to identify the direction of rooms. Will definitely stay there again.
