I booked for 2 nights, and stayed in 3 different rooms…. First room was leaking water through the ceiling @ 1:00am so I had to move rooms. Second room they moved me into, the AC wasn’t working and felt like a sauna in there. Third room was even crazier. The guy at the front desk gave us a room that was OCCUPIED by a staff member doing maintenance in there.. I walked in to his tools on the bed, a ladder up, and his computer open.. Then he moved me into the next room over, WHERE PEOPLE WERE SLEEPING IN… and then finally, gave me an open room. Mind you during all of this, I had all my bags & luggage in my hand. All happening during 1-3:00am. It was ridiculous. If you wanna get technical, I moved a total of 5 times in 2 days.. I didn’t even sleep in 1 room for 24hr. Wouldn’t recommend staying here and I for sure won’t be back. I DO RECOMMEND the Carté in Gaslamp district!

Great place to stay

it was clean and quiet.

Standard hotel. A little outdated and the underground parking is not for those who are claustrophobic. Very tight spots and very low ceilings.

It was nice... Ok my real answer it has good the staff and they were amazing the place is in walking distance to Little Italy 8 min walk and the conference Center 25 min walk and other places close to the Zoo could walk but also 7 min drive to the Zoo. The dinning area is nice the Bartender was very nice wants to know his customers makes good drinks when I mean good I mean good.. So want to say Thank you to

Would definitely stay again

The building is an iconic high-rise near the freeway that used to be The Holiday Inn back in the day. They are really pushing it to say this is Littke Italy but if you dont mind walking a few blocks through a not-so-nice area then it is worth the less expensive price compared to the places right in Little Italy. A pint of beer is $9 plus tax and Smartwater is $4 so go shopping elsewhere. Staff are super. The shampoo & body wash are scented for nen, do...ladies bring your own. Freeway is loud so kerp the AC or fan on. Id stay here again of I got a good deal. Gym is ok, laundrymat is 15 minutes walknin Golden Hills.. a nice area.Breakfast is pathetic, overpriced. Lyft & Uber arrive quickly due to the accessible location. I can't emphasize how great the staff are, every single one. They all dererve a raise!

Got upgraded on arrival, staff friendly, very slight issue with traffic noise.

The staff were polite and helpful. Everything is within 10-20 minutes walking/driving. Easy to get to public transportation. The room was clean. Definitely would stay there again

An older hotel, very close to many cafes, restaurants, and businesses. Our rooms were mostly clean and comfortable. The bed was much older, the carpet looked like it needed to be steamed. The pool area was very clean and well kept, considering the proximity to the freeway and noise. I think this hotel is better for business travel than for leisure. The paid parking situation is not terrible, but you have to scan with your phone to pay. 35 dollars a day.
