The location is excellent. Overall, the staff are friendly. The rooms are spacious and decent, but they do not meet the high-end quality I imagined when booking. It's an average hotel, but it has a few drawbacks. Firstly, it was listed as offering free breakfast, but instead of an actual free breakfast, they provide a credit that can be used like a voucher for the total amount. The breakfast itself is not great for the price, so it doesn’t seem worth selecting. Additionally, there is no bathtub in the bathroom, which is a disappointing omission. The tap water is also quite murky. They claim it’s mineral water, but it just looks dirty. Being sensitive, I also experienced minor skin irritation after using the water. The pool and fitness center are somewhat small but usable. This hotel is $40–50 more expensive than others, and I booked it for the pool and breakfast as its advantages, but they weren’t particularly necessary, as the experience is ultimately similar to other hotels. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I’ll likely try other hotels next time.

Bedding is nice and cosy.

Room amenities were sparse such as soap. Plus there was not some basics such as a shower cap, wine opener, wine glasses, and hand lotion. Also the room had extremely poor lighting so it was too dark to work from the room. Front desk staff and restaurant staff were excellent. Very good breakfast service and food.

The check-in experience was quick. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, cozy, and had everything we needed.

Great weekend getaway that is close to a lot of walkable shopping and restaurants. My only request is for the indoor pool to be kept at a warmer temperature.

My first time staying at the Duniway. I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff were very helpful and the amenities were excellent. I enjoyed the Mayrose dining and bar service. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a great view. I plan on staying here again when I visit Portland.

Idea location for exploring downtown Portland. Five minute walk to indoor shopping malls and mass transit.

They charged me for valet parking when I self parked. There goes $20 extra. Also staffing is extremely rude. They almost look like they’re gonna roll their eyes when you ask them a basic question.

Great place to stay in downtown Portland and close to a lot of the restaurants and cafes. Rooms are large and spacious which I loved.
