Stayed only one night but the place is little gloomyz

Looks quite nice at a reasonable price. But a little bit cold at night because the door was connected to the outside. There was an unpleasant scent in the room. Couldn't sleep well at night because of someone next door talking on the phone and snoring (the wall was thin).

The ease to public transportation , and they clean room everyday not just when you ask . Very nice

Good place to stay

The walls and floors are thin and you can hear your neighbors just walking across the room. Our upstairs neighbor stomped very loudly at night and 4:00 in the morning.

Conveniently located near the international airport, as well as BART and CARTRAIN stations, this hotel is excellent. The rooms are clean and everything is top-notch. I stay here two or three times a year, and this time was no exception. The only downside is that the large supermarket across the street has closed.

Solid choice with so much nearby and free parking!

We have stayed at the Dylan a couple of times now. I'm happy to have discovered it. The facilities are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The location is great for easy walking connections to BART and CalTrain.

Nice convenient hotel very close to the airport. Large spacious rooms. Free coffee and tea was a winner at all hours. Good all round.

If you are looking for a place that is easy going as a motel, but a few steps up, the Dylan fits the bill. There are vending machines, easy, no fuss breakfast options like oatmeal, boiled eggs, etc. There is even a "happy hour" with wines by the glass as well as a selection of canned cocktails, proseco, and bottle spirits. They have coffee 24/7. While not made by a barista, for machine coffee, espresso, cappuccino, lattes, are passable. Nice staff. Really safe neighborhood with plenty of eating options available nearby.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights while we explored San Francisco. Bed was unbelievably comfortable, shower was great and spotlessly clean.

Avoid this place – unsafe, rude staff, and deceptive charges I stayed at Dylan at SFO for one night (April 19–20, 2025), and it was one of the most distressing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First, they tried to charge me $25 for early check-in even though I agreed to check in at 2 PM. Then they charged me $11 for parking, even though the listing said parking was included. I received two validation slips, parked my car, and went on with my day. When I returned from dinner, there were no parking spots available. I asked the receptionist, and she rudely yelled at me, told me to park on the street, and kicked me out of the lobby. Later, when I asked about an overcharge on the vending machine, she told me, “I’m done answering to you” and continued to be hostile. Even worse, another staff member denied I was ever charged for parking, calling me a liar—despite my card being charged and proof in hand. They kept changing their policies and tone as they saw fit. This experience was physically painful and emotionally exhausting. I was so disturbed by the receptionist’s aggressive behavior that I couldn’t sleep, genuinely afraid she might harass us further. This hotel does not feel safe or professional. I would strongly warn others to avoid staying here—there are better and more respectful options nearby.

Super spot. A la sortie de SFO. Le BART est à qques mètres de l hotel, ce qui permet de laisser la voiture, et de prendre le train, pour aller profiter de SFO sans craintes...ni subir les desagrements du centre ville (qques quartiers difficiles...). Nous avons passés 3 jours et nous avons trouvé l endroit top pour rayonner.
