The hotel is very well situated and the staff are very friendly. The walls of the hotel are very thin and you can hear your neighbors. Also, the bathroom shower is extra, extraordinarily narrow and small. One day the chamber lady forgot to clean the room and there were small things within the room that needed repair

Perfectly placed to Newbury Street shopping and restaurant options. Lovely historic hotel in the heart of everything..

Will stay here again when next in Boston.

Hotel staff were lovely. Our room was so spacious and decorated really nicely. The exterior of the hotel was gorgeously decorated for the holiday season. One of the prettiest displays I’ve seen. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

Always reliable with standout service to ameliorate the dated facilities. What the property lacks in amenities and aesthetic, it makes up for with an unparalleled customer experience.

The hotel has been renovated very nicely, but still has that old school vibe. Everything was exceptionally clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Location was excellent, walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. The only downside is there are no amenities, the bathroom was big but poorly designed. All in all very minor things. Would stay here again, this is just not the kind of hotel that offers a lot of on site amenities. Would definitely stay again.

We were surprised to be upgraded to a suite at check-in. The suite is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Excellent dining experience at their restaurant UNI.

Great hotel, superb service, wonderful location. Rooms are small and bathrooms are dated, but it’s a charming hotel. Front desk, valet and doorman were just the best.

My wife and I just spent two (2) days and nights at the Hotel Eliot in Boston. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is definitely one of Boston’s “best kept secrets.” It is a hotel that exudes class and service. Our suite was luxurious, well-appointed and large. The staff are totally professional, courteous and helpful. The hotel is in an ideal location on the corner of Commonwealth Avenue and Massachusetts Avenue. Great shopping, restaurants and sites — including Kenmore Square, Fenway Park, Newbury Street and all of its shops, Public Gardens, Boston Common, Berklee School of Music, Charles River, etc. — are all within walking distance. We traveled to several other locations in the city by Uber and never waited more than 4 minutes for our Uber to arrive. I love this place, will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Hotel Eliot to everyone.
