Great value. Kiosk check in was easy even at 11:30 pm in the dark. Small clean and efficient rooms that have everything you need.

Self check-in was more difficult than necessary. The machine was not producing a reservation under my name and I had to ring the bell to get a person to help me. When the owner(?) came, she told me that I only should enter the last part of my last name because they thought the first part of my surname was my middle name -- this was odd because my surname is spanish and has 3 parts to it. I did as she instructed, and the reservation still did not come up, so it was clearly an error with the system and not with me. In the end, she just gave me my own access code. She could have been nicer instead of assuming I was dumb and didnt know how to use the machine!

Wonderful experience! We loved everything about this old house with modern amenities. Comfortable bed, clean self-service kitchen with microwave/ toaster over/ refrigerator and large storage lockers. Friendly staff. Steps away from Blues Alley Jazz Club.

Alexis is awesome to talk to. Very helpful. The room I had was perfect for the night . AC was perfect! Great location!

Quaint little home turned into various rooms to stay. Small but nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Very convenient to Georgetown shopping and restaurants. No parking and no live person on the property to assist you though. Check-in through a kiosk that was not straight forward.

My daughter & I spent one night here because we were seeing a show at the Kennedy Center. Great location, walkable, and our room was simple, but clean and had everything you needed for a night's stay! Definitely saving this place for future nights out in DC.

The location was nice, and the room worked out ok. It’s definitely not very sound proof though. I was staying on the bottom floor, and I heard the people above me. They weren’t being excessively loud. It was just normal talking, but I could hear them.

Check in was challenging since no one’s on site. Was able to contact host and eventually get inside. Excellent property reasonably priced and close to restaurants. Very nice experience overall.

It claims to have tea and coffee but there was no tea while I was there. I felt unsafe as a repair man barged into the room at 7:30 in the morning without knocking, stopped only by the safety lock that he was fighting. I told him not to come and he still came into the room as soon as I left for a while. There is no safe in the room. The shower takes ages to warm up and only produces a meager trickle. The bath is disabled. There are unpleasant notices left everywhere about the shower, the entrance door, the noise (as the insulation is very poor both between rooms and with the street), the kitchen, the cleaning… as if keeping up the place is the guests’ responsibility! One of the absolute worst hotels or accommodations of the many I have been to over the years. So bad it should be dropped from Expedia!

Business trip. Great location and really cool place. Had everything except decent tv.
