Good location, nice restaurant and bar. Frequent elevator breakdown. Bathroom amenities could be improved.ie: vanity mirror, body lotion etc.

The bigest issue was the terrible bed, felt like I was sleeping on a wood bored and the mattress was too firm. Body felt bad when I woke.

Hotel is normally great but the room lacked basic amenities. I was surprised and disappointed. Also the hotel had elevator issues creating a problem.

Stayed here for four nights! The lobby and rooftop bar are very nice! Drinks at the bar were pricey but very good. Room was a bit outdated and not in “luxury hotel” conditions - bathroom hardware wasn’t fully attached to the wall, wallpaper was peeling/dirty in spots, and we had a bunch of tiny flies in the room. Regardless, hotel staff was very nice.

The property is located in a very nice area of River North and was nicely decorated. However, did we not receive any VIP or upgrades my simple request for a higher floor was not honored. Overall would stay there again.

We got the deluxe king which includes bathrobes, which we did not receive. We opted for Valey instead of self park and as we were checking out it took at least 45 minutes to get our car. Lobby was very small and not enough room for the amount of people staying.

The hotel is nice. I wouldn’t consider it luxury however. Bed is comfortable. Rooms are fairly quiet although if you are staying in the LaSale street side you may hear some traffic noise. The gym is small for this size of a property. The rooftop is great but there is nowhere to layout during the day which is a big letdown. The Greek restaurant on the first floor is very good and the location of the hotel is excellent. Central to the entire city. Also very walkable.
